UGH! There’s a tea cart on Marketplace right now that’s not painted, just a stain finish but I don’t want to spend $70. 😐 I love how you make blending look so easy.
Love your work as always !!!! Have a question...does chalk paint allow transfer pictures to be put on the furniture item? I've been experimenting with different things and Ive been practicing on other thins to learn how to transfer photos into items but I haven't yet tried it on a painted piece yet.
I have a tea cart which is rattan and sides include woven cane of some sort and three shelves oval. Want to do the silk paint and am not sure whether to cover its' natural wood stained and shinier finish. So am interested in seeing this tea cart transformation just to jar my preconceptions of what to do
Thank you for your comment about a top coat over wax. I was just going to ask if you could do that. I always thought wax was the last step but this water based wax makes sense.
Is the Best Dang Brush considered a blending brush and do the bristles being very soft make it do what it does? You did say it in the video and I missed it…
@@BrushedbyBrandy I want to practice blending on cardboard, using oops paint. I have 2 natural bristled brushes but I don’t know how they will do for blending. I’ll find out.

Yes, transfers take beautifully over chalk paint. I have playlists for applying transfers and decoupage on painted surfaces here on channel

The best dang brush works the colors together and the oval medium feathers it out
