Something is very fishy here. There's no way that he's living in that RV. First: Power. That RV needs a 30 to 50 amp connection to work. You can't just run an extension cord out there. That shiny new fridge is what is known in the RV community as a "residential unit" and only runs if the RV is plugged in, running off a battery throgh an inverter (which doesn't last long), or running off a generator. Second: That TV. Look at the top of it. There's a white trim piece. That TV was installed at the factory. There's a button somewhere to raise it up for use. Third: His shower. That shower drains into a tank. So does the sink. Stand-up showers are also farily common in RVs. There's another tank to hold the contents of the toilet. I don’t know the laws in the US but you are not allowed to just park and sleep in anything including a car unless it’s on a designated site. It’s called freedom camping in New Zealand and it’s illegal. Imagine if everyone just parked their RV’s wherever and lived in them 🤦🏽♀️

My parents got divorced when I was 6ish and after lived very far apart from another. I personally prefer that a million times over having to deal with the confusing arrangement of them being neighbours but not together anymore. Don't know if I would have learned the gravitas of situations like these otherwise.
Assuming this is real, I really can't imagine how confusing it is for those small kids to have their dad living in an RV in a driveway outside of their house instead of in the house itself. Especially since they have eleventy billion rooms anyway.
When I got divorced I moved a mile away so I could be close to the kids. 1 mile is far enough; I couldn't see my ex from that far away, but the kids could _easily_ go back and forth between both.
It's possible they are waiting to file for divorce until they settle everything, it's not uncommon at all to go that route. But I wouldn't put it past them to fake this all. This is what I thought as well. There's multiple reasons a couple may not choose to get a divorce when they split. Hell I know a couple that have been separated for around 10 years and are still married. I also want to add I still think whatever Austin and Catherine are doing is fishy as hell.

Things that dont add up to me: 1) not wanting to be 30 minutes away because its too far. That's the average travel time for most of the country to go to work everyday, but its to far for him to see his kids regularly? 2) That RV interior seems weirdly designed as if the functional space of the vehicle wasn't considere. In that list of things that were essentially different ways for Austin to say he was going to focus on himself, his mind his body his spirit and whatever else, he didn't even have the presence or character to list his kids first. He comes first, then his kids, then all the parts that make him, him and capped it off with God. I feel like that is very telling, for a post that seemed so crafted.
It honestly feels like Austin is using his kids as a ploy to keep an eye on his (soon to be) ex wife. Dude is perfectly able to see his kids if he lived 30 minutes away. Heck, as long as he's in the same neighborhood, it isnt impossible to see them. I mean, dude is a multi millionaire and he buys an RV? It takes quite a bit of prep to properly live in an RV. Not to mention that if he uses regular toilet paper in his toilet he's going to have some serious issues with that plumbing really fast. And it won't be cheap to fix. Plus you have to actually have a class A or B license to actually drive an RV of that size on the road!😂😂😂😂

My parents got divorced when I was 6ish and after lived very far apart from another. I personally prefer that a million times over having to deal with the confusing arrangement of them being neighbours but not together anymore. Don't know if I would have learned the gravitas of situations like these otherwise.
Assuming this is real, I really can't imagine how confusing it is for those small kids to have their dad living in an RV in a driveway outside of their house instead of in the house itself. Especially since they have eleventy billion rooms anyway.

When I got divorced I moved a mile away so I could be close to the kids. 1 mile is far enough; I couldn't see my ex from that far away, but the kids could _easily_ go back and forth between both.
It's possible they are waiting to file for divorce until they settle everything, it's not uncommon at all to go that route. But I wouldn't put it past them to fake this all. He shouldn't be showing the outside of their home , where their kids live! Absolutely insane behavior. And the RV? Really? Jesus Christ give Catherine some space.

Driveway may not be wide enough. Older neighborhoods, even fancy ones just don’t have the front yard or driveway space. That gate doesn’t look wide enough and the front does not look deep enough. Separated couples live together all the time, they just take separate parts of the house. That would make more sense.

Things that dont add up to me:
1) not wanting to be 30 minutes away because its too far. That's the average travel time for most of the country to go to work everyday, but its to far for him to see his kids regularly?
2) That RV interior seems weirdly designed as if the functional space of the vehicle wasn't considere. I don't think i ever saw a fridge, which is super weird.
3)she's been divorced for a couple weeks at best (at the time of her post) and has that many people trying to date her that it becomes annoying that quickly
4) he goes through the effort of getting a RV to live on the street infront of his house, but doesn't just stay in his own driveway. ( it may seem minor, but he has to know about the parking rules for strange vehicles living there for so long).
5) he goes through the efforts of getting a customized RV but doesn't get any bedding for his bed?
6) I understand seperating amicably, but it seems weird and unhealthy for the kids for both agree to live literally right outside from each other. The amounts of confusion that will cause will be insane.
