When we talk of control of #diabetes there is a difference between sugar levels, like fasting, post-prandial and random as compared to HbA1c.
HbA1c can not only be used to diagnose diabetes but also to check control of diabetes.
However you can control diabetes fast but it will take at least 3 months to reflect that control if we check #hba1c
This point needs to be understood not only by the patients but by the doctors too.

In every clinic visit the doctor should teach something or the other to the patient with diabetes.
#insulin #injection #technique should be taught to the patients with #diabetes by the doctor himself in the first sitting. That saves a lot of trouble in the future as patient knows how and where to inject insulin.
But once the doctor doesn't give enough time and proper advice, the patient seeks advice from the nurse, chemist, a lab technician and others. Most of the time these people do not know the proper method and mislead the innocent patient.
Here I have tried to address all those issues and tried to explain about the proper place and way of injecting insulin. That too in easily understood in #Urdu and #Hindi
