I love this penthouse and definitely the views. I would have fallen in love with the main bedroom if it had that 180° view of thee entire Cape Town CBD🤭🤭🤭. Other than that your work is phenomenal and once again, great penthouse❤️

A ground floor by definition means it’s on ground level. That means street level. As this is a high floor “penthouse” there’s no ground floor in this apartment. If it’s a duplex apartment, the lower floor is referred to as either “the lower floor” or “the first floor” great views 👀

Views are great, but the bedrooms are very small. It’s cookie cutter construction with all the charm of an office complex. You give great tours, but I’m not in love with that space at all 🤭
