Thanks this is great I literally replaced both the bulbs in an AutoZone parking lot and the store worker asked me how I did it because he didn’t know how
Woohoo! I just changed my first set of headlights! Definitely took a hot minute to work those damn connectors off and unlatching the silver hooks almost melted my brain but I did it! Whoever designed the Nissan Versa 2012 sure didn’t leave much wiggle room to access the headlight assembly. I’ve got small hands and had to contort myself a little to get in there, I can’t imagine how hard it would be for someone who’s got big hands.
Great description of replacing headlights and their fuses. I checked different sites for the location of the fuses for the headlights and I only found yours to show the exact fuses for the headlights. Thanks 😊
All it took was a new light bulb and watching this video twice. So well explained. Felt great fixing the headlight. Sincere thanks and keep up the good work.
Awesome, Dude! I'm a little old lady grease monkey. Your beautifully done video helped me change my bulb, now I have both headlights on both high and low beam. Thanks loads!
This is great info thank you! My versa is having an issue where when I try to activate my headlights they don’t illuminate but when I try activate my hi beams and low beams they illuminate. I was thinking it could be a fuse issue but now I don’t know where to start.
Ok so I've had my 2012 since 2014 and I've had to replace the headlights atleast 5 times. Do you think it's a fuse problem ? Also you know the beeping that happens when you start the car, mine stays one for a good min. Beeping.
I've got the same problem. Looking around the internet it seems to be a common problem with this model. Still haven't found a clear solution besides possibly replacing fuses or relays
Hey question for you, I watched your video on the grand cherokee fuse diagram, my power seats stopped working, is there a fuse that controls them? If so where would I find it? If not how can I fix my power seats? Plz help!
Is the "white stuff" flakey and powdery or is it gooey? Dielectric grease is often white in color and is a gooey substance used to protect electrical connections. If there is greenish/whitish flakes or powder it could be corrosion damage on the connector which could necessitate replacement or cleaning.
Great video. Looks so straight forward. Until you try to do it without a USB camera. Nissan has made the simplest of maintenance tasks nearly impossible to implement. Very hard to see the spring mechanism. More than difficult to get tools near the spring retainer. And you have to get all the spring move exactly right or you are not getting the bulb out. This epic design failure guarantees I will never own a Nissan vehicle ever again.
I just did this today and didn't have an issue. You just have to feel around a bit and keep what he showed you in mind. It _is_ hard to see, but not too difficult once you locate it by feel.
Thanks Lehew for taking out the time to do this video. It helped me save a lot of money.
Dude thank u, just tried this and it worked! So easy. My high beam worked, low beam did not. Once changed, they now both work. Thanks!
The clip was tricky, but once i realized it unfastened from the top not the bottom. It unlatched easily
This is the second time I’ve used this video to change my headlight. It’s very thorough and clear and makes it so easy. Thanks!
Dude thanks so much! My owner manual didn’t really specify where the fuse for the headlights were, and your vid explained it perfectly.

He is an idiot . Good job

This is the best video tutorial on You Tube. Thanks.
Thank you SO much!! I tried pulling it out but I did not know about the retainer wire.
You have been so very helpful... thanks a million bud

Thanks for the information it was an easy fix
It's just the design of the vehicle that made it hard to change the light bulb
Awesome, Dude! I'm a little old lady grease monkey. Your beautifully done video helped me change my bulb, now I have both headlights on both high and low beam. Thanks loads!
Thanks mate! made a sod of a situation doable, unsighted in my vehicle it made all the difference to see what I otherwise could only feel.
Changed my daughter's light bulb with this video
Thanks very much for posting this video and explaining everything in such great detail! Great job!
You saved my knuckles lots of heartache; thanks!

You are a great instructor. Can you please tell me why my parking lights do not go on even though the bulbs are ok.?
Jesus Christ this was helpful, thanks
Thank you; what kind of solution can you clean the terminals with?

Hi I have a Question for you in my versa only high light works not low light what do you think is causing that problem thank you
yo same here if you found the cause please let me know

Thank you!! All the love at you and yours ❤
Excellent presentation!!
Great video!
Thank you very much
Great video thanks
Hi! My high beams turns on when I use the turn signal lights. Do you know what can be causing it?
Ty!
Why can't I pull out the power supply I try and it won't come loose if just wiggles and wiggles and shakes the bulb
What did I do if I u plugged the terminal and its wet! With white stuff?
