It says "diploma" (higher education diploma) , but my camera flips the image, so it is difficult for foreigners to read that. This diploma was issued to me by Lomonosov Moscow State University in the specialty "Teaching Russian as a foreign language" in 2014 😃

Because in со студентами and со сливками you have a consonant after c (со студентами - you have т and со сливками you have л) and if you talk about с сестрой you have vowel e. We put co if only we have another consonant after c. And the second question 😃 я с сестрой just doesn't sound Russian - you need to say мы с сестрой. I think I learned if in English you say "we with a sister" it means there are at least 3 people but in Russian there only two - I and a sister 😃

Therefore, shouldn't we put a vowel----the "o" between the "c" in "with" and the "c" in "сестрой"? If it's just an inconsistency that operates in the Russian language here, okay. Also, on the second point: if you look back at the screenshot of the lesson, the translation for "Мы с сестрой is shown as "My sister and I." Мы is We. Sorry for being such a pain.

When I talk about c in the rule I mean not preposition but c in the beginning of the NEXT word. In с сестрой goes e after c in со студентами goes т after c. That's why you can't say со сестрой according to the rule. If you say in English "we with my sister" how many people will you have in that sentence? In Russian you can't say "я с сестрой" you MUST say "мы с сестрой", this is the rule and as II know of you say "we with my sister" you have at least three people in English? That's why you should translate "my sister and I". You can't translate literally word by word.
