After your B push on vertigo, you stand on top of the boxes not behind. Everyone is aiming headshot level but those are your ankles if you shoot there. After a pick from the box you go to gen then spawn. Then you retake if you can.

0:51 you can actually boost yourself there, theres a mini pixel where you can walk on and then jump on the boxes.
