Good video. Only thing that would make it better for me, would be an ingame scale for units. Like "weapon xyz has 1500 units one shot potential. The length of 'd2 a long: goose to car' "
One thing I think you should've added into pros/cons is the max movespeed with the gun out
Remember when the Aug and SG cost 50 more and people still didn't use it because the other rifles are used so much and their recoil is muscle memory for many. But as some have said, if the SG could be CT side it would be really good since it is more of a defensive weapon
sg on CT would be too strong on defuse, as CT's play defensively
@@f0kes32 exactly, but it could probably be changed slightly or bumped in price to compensate. Because now the Aug and SG are unused and it's a bit of a shame.
I love how in the background clips you throw in like, one crazy wallbang, or a clip where you nade your teammate for 97 and then he gets shredded.

I personally like the AUG for its flexibility. It's got punch up close, with a comfortable rate of fire, and accuracy at range to get the required hits to kill.
These videos are awesome, I'd love to see SMGS next, Valve really should have made some video about the weapons, WarOwl did for CS GO but the stats for the guns, prices, fire rates, ammo capacity, damage, damage at distance, damage with armour etc changed a good bit over over the years.

As i have recently made the transition from solely roblox games like phantom forces to modern new games, you also started making other videos too. Battlebit/cs2, etc. which are the exact games i got. These really help and are coincidentally convenient.

As someone who started to get into Counter Strike with CS2, this videos are a godsend
IDK what's wrong with me. Ive liked the famas since 1.6, and still do. Its only useful on rounds vs unarmored T's, so really only round 2/4 if you win your bonus round. You cannot shoot more than 5 shots without it being a death sentence tho, unless you are touching them for a spraydown. So i like the burst fire, and trying to counter strafe to get surprisingly fast kills :) if my crosshair placement is bad, there's a chance the burst does the rest of the work for me
Thanks for te video. It is super helpfull for a newbie like me. As many have already said, i would love to see one about smgs. I always ask myself with do people use mp9 instead of mp7 in overall efficiency for exemple. Thank you again!

These videos are awesome. I tip I would suggest is instead on top of doing weapon class videos like pistols, ar, shotgun, etc.. you could do tier videos because of the new loadout system in CS2.

ive had alot of success with the burst fire on the famas, ive got alot of chest to head or double head taps with it
when it comes to the M4s i just pick one based on if i want more bullets or not. Both are pretty ez to control with the recoil. However i will say this if you really wanna min/max your chances of wining use the A1-S.

I’ve been trying out the follow recoil option. I didn’t like it at first, but after a few days I think I’m leaving it on. It’s OP with any SMG.

Yeah I am too lazy to learn patterns after 10 bullets on guns like galil or mp9. But this really help. Also it is great even on ak for sprey transfers
SG is my favorite weapon and has been so for years… people were on my neck for using it, and I laughed my ass off, once the pros found out how good it was.
Having the option to scope, suits my play style a lot better, so the slower fire rate and 300 bucks more is well worth it

One suggestion- The reward per kill is not listed in game. You actually have to kill an opponent to find out. Nova is $900 and is the only gun that's profitable on the second kill, that I'm aware of. In case anyone thought S1mple was going bat shit. He's just playing the economy.

all shotguns are 900 so theyre all profitable except xm1014 which is barely not, all smgs except p90 are 600 p90 is 300 pistols and rifles are 300 and awp and cz are 100

Oh you should really try out the mag-7 on ct side if you're playing inferno, in close range it kills even if you hit all your shots in the leg, and since the kill reward is 900 and the gun costs 1800 you only need 2 kills to earn back your spending, then pick up your enemies' weapon. This comes from a csgo player

Personally a huge fan of the M4A4, especially in deathmatch where you can't always reload, but the simple fact that it's a 200$ luxury means I don't pick it up much in comp.

I'd say SMG's next as they kind of make or break the early rounds in comp. I wish there was a casual without armor and lower $/round, or pistol only.
Honestly, I think the burst fire of the famas is kinda slept on. It's in a similar place as the glock's burst but because it has actual range and requires those 2-3 shots to kill someone at medium ranges, it makes way more sense to try and use the burst at range. Even if you hit the first 2 shots with the burst, you still fired off 2 shots that are MORE accurate than a normal "controlled burst". I think the burst fire on the famas makes it insanely good at dealing with medium range while automatic fire is best for close range. Long range the gun sucks ass though.
If both m4s were the same price I'd pick the m4a4 because most times you spray at the head with that weapon and hope for 1 headshot 1 body shot so the higher firerate is pretty good. But the 200$ extra is usually not worth it. With the new loadout system in cs2 i actually picked both m4s so i can buy the m4a4 when i got enough money

Please do a mid tier. You did pistols and rifles already. Last needed to complete the cs2 triforce is SMGS! Maybe sneak in a utility video about when to buy and use smokes and such.

They nerfed the Galil. It was an $1800 AK in GO. The one tap was the only real drawback, but the recoil wasn't even noticable when bursting, so it was easy to kill opponents very quickly and felt like a major advantage over the M4s. I got a 4 kill with it without reloading. It was very effective against trade kills.
Honestly, I think this video sort of slandered the galil, because of the extremely easy recoil its honestly a very good weapon at all ranges so long as you dont burst fire like he did in the clips and instead use the actual recoil for at least 1/3 of the magazine and then recenter if you haven't killed them yet. I would 100% prefer having the galil over a mac10 and tec9, the extra range utility is well worth the lack of movement speed.

My favorite assault rifle is the SG 553 aka the Krieg. I love the scope and 100% armor penetration.
IRL Both the Gallil and the Sig 500 series are improvements on the AK74's architecture. Funny how the original stamped AK47 is still the meta rifle in game.
I have a question for the people that played the beta (2-3 weeks before release). Is it just me or did the hitreg and shooting (mostly tapping but i liked the spraying as well) just feel crisp and good? Rn it feels off and shots dont hit when they should

Feedback for the nwxt video of this type, i would not repeat the leg damage out loud for armor.
I wpuld also try to reduce the damage part of the video, it spunds a bit annoying listening the same tedt over amd over again.
The a1 and the a4 are so similar, to the point where I use a4 simply because I have a stat track

The SG 553 is actually just the third rifle of the SG 550 series and has nothing to do with the caliber, which is how it is chambered in 5.56

Galil and FAMAS are extremely meta and bought very often on mid buys in pro games

neither are meta but galil is used quite a bit but there is no point in buying famas as the mp9 is completely broken on ct side

I'd do SMG's next since it's the last category that has enough weapons to be it's own video, whereas there's only like 4 shotguns and 4 sniper rifles and then 2 LMG's, and the Negev is literally a no-brainer since after the first like 5-8 shots it no longer has recoil. Fun fact though, the M4A1-S does like 20% more damage with the silencer off. The trade-off though is that it's also slightly less accurate and obviously noisy as hell.
I don’t think it does more damage unsuppressed from all the stats and testing I’ve done, it has more recoil from less recovery speed I think but I’ll look into that
Also snipers can probably be it’s own video (just a shorter one) and I was going to put shotguns and LMGS together
@@StriderPF It's entirely possible I'm getting my game versions confused, but I know back in 1.6 having a suppressor on your USP actually dropped the damage per shot by like 2-3 points, and having looked into it I guess 1.6 it gave the M4 increased close-range damage, but made it less accurate, and I think in Source that got flipped. Never heard of them changing it so I just assumed it was the same in CSGO/2 since I kill quicker with the silencer off. Perhaps it's just placebo at this point.

i think its because your vital organs are more in your lower chest vs upper has the ribcage but still its goofy
I think its for a touch of realism & balancing. Since your vital organs like lungs & hearts are gonna have better protection around them while your stomach you can TECHNICALLY live with a bullet through it. Silly but it also makes it better so if you miss your headshot you aren't still rewarded with a quicker kill.
@@MythicTF2 yes my guess is also to not reward missed headshots attempts. It simply to balance the game more
The famas is good on burst I think, just aim for the torso and the recoil will bounce up to the head. Its good for learning the game becuse learning recoil is not needed on burst. Otherwise its not worth it.

CS is still having balance issues. CTs cannot do one-tap with rifles in any practical situations, while Ts can do it both with AK47 and SG553. Most of the CT players pick an AK or an SG from the ground, even when they actually wield their CT counterpart. I think, just one more base damage could make the CT rifles more balanced - also for FAMAS, the higher than Galil price, and the only 25 mag size seems unfair.

If you like, I used it for a bit but turned it off during the beta
Since CS2 allows you to slot in 5 of any rifle, on the CT side you just remove the Famas and get both M4 variants. I doubt you would use both M4s in one match or even a series of matches, but it's certainly better than the Famas eternally collecting dust.
i have scout awp famas and both m4s since aug and scar are completely unnecessary except if your trolling the other team with auto sniper
When i am missing my shots, i play famas and imo its pretty good
