The Physics of Water

Why does water form spherical drops? What does cohesion mean? What does adhesion mean? What is the Meniscus effect? What is capillary action? What about surface tension?
Wow, that sounds like a lot of water science to pack into one video, but all these things can be explained, and understood, by knowing one basic principle about the physics of water.
