Just astounding. Not a single note without overflowing intention and artistry. Bravo
Вадим не играет, а творит! Просто удивительно.
A consummate artist with extraordinary musical insight - unique interpretative powers
10 ряд' соседки - две москвички, приехавшие только на этот концерт из программы Дягилевского фестиваля. Очень запоминающееся исполнение. И в записи переслушала не отрываясь. С благодарностью! БРАВО! С приветом из Перми.

Saw him play in Miami- Incredible!!!
You’re the best,maestro 👍🏼
Che bravo... 😢
He makes a meal of the Moonlight Sonata....and I love it.
Потрясающе...
Outstanding!
Such a world talent and Luxembourg is so blessed he has called it home! He is spellbinding
Phenomenal Prokofiev!!
Bravooooo!!!!
Замечательный!!
Гений!!!!
He knows what it is to sing from the floor of hell. A pianist as only God makes them.
Spectacular Prokofiev
That Prokofiev was fire
was the piano out of tune? but nevertheless vadym still manage to get beautiful music out of that instrument.
Fantastic Prokofiev, Beethoven not so good - changing tempo every 2 seconds ... that's not the classical style way of playing. I prefer Friedrich Gulda's, Claude Frank's, Arthur Schnabel's approach...
I've heard this gentleman play marvelously but the solid architecture in the Beethoven was sacrificed to bel canto/rubato mannerisms that -though interesting- sounded filtered through a dream of Chopin. Still...I enjoyed the experience.
@@robostoic я считаю,именно в Лунной не сто́ит придираться
от ухода от классических канонов,она написана уже на стыке романтизма.На то она и
ИНТЕРПРЕТАЦИЯ.
Arthur Schnabel used to change tempi quite a lot, and even put metronome marks in every 20 bars in his edition.
@@ediccartman7252 yes but without mannerism
The public is okay for hearing the too soft pianissimo moonlight sonata ?
The 3rd movement of the moonlight sonata sounded like a wolf in chains. The music wanted to growl and howl and he just wouldn't let it.
Alfredo Reis Deus Oh man, it growled. Not as you wanted, but in a better way.
If you have to retort to silly imagery to describe music, you are saying absolutely nothing.
Ryan Tan That’s wrong. Actually, analogies are the more accurate way to talk about music.
@@JuniorRubio I disagree - they do help if paired with something less fluffy but often times they are just used by the lesser trained to obfuscate a lack of knowledge.
Ryan Tan; then actually we are talking about a bad criteria, not even about a bad use of analogy.
But even then, I can’t agree with you: maybe his opinion has less value and he has a insufficient perspective, but that doesn’t mean he must stop using analogies. An anonymous comment isn’t supposed to be a reliable source of opinions, but an effort to good judgement. If at the end there is good judgement or not, depends of oneself.
Anyway, it will be better to explain why he has a bad opinion. I’m still searching for a accurate explanation.
