  • in this video I share my 5 year experience dealing with a knee injury and completely healing myself without doctors, medicine, or surgery.
My name is Josh and I was 37 at the time of this video. I operate a small family business as an HVAC contractor and am a licensed real estate broker. I share how I let HVAC work injure my knees by not taking better care of myself and using knee pads.
I hope this video helps other HVAC, skilled trades, or anyone doing physical labor professionals find a solution to their knee injuries and find better health.
    Thank you.

Thanks for video! My husband and I are runners starting to cycle now that we’re entering our 50s. He’s beginning to have the same symptoms, so I showed him your video and he’s encouraged! Keep up the great work!

Very encouraging video. I started running few years ago (at 40 ) and unfortunately my knees are shot now. I may have pushed it too hard too fast. The thought of stopping running kills me, its keeping me fit and its great therapy. A doctor would just tell me to stop running but I'm not interested in hearing any of that. But I've heard cycling could give me that endurance fix I need and maybe easier on the joints. I've never rode before but I pick up a nice new road bike tomorrow. Hope I can share the same results as you! Thanks for sharing.

One thing to make sure of is getting the right seat height and making sure you're comfortable. Please stop back by in the future and share how it is going for you. Good luck to you. There's something to be said for being a bit rough on the joints. The body adapts to stimuli so going easy on it allows it to get lazy and stagnant. I'm no doctor, and unfortunately many of them aren't very good at their job anyway when it comes to sports related stuff, but you shouldn't give up on running imo. Get in touch with physical therapy and go from there.

All the people I know with bad knees are the ones that don't go running and stuff.
