I used tens for a minute... becareful I had it turned up Paused it to reajust the pads. And it was to high and messed up tendons in my wrist.smh. Always turn off when ajusting pads...

The placement of your electrode is not correct. Try using the top 2 position first without the lower 2 electrode first. The lower 2 position is not easy to locate

However, if you want to achieve a straight dorsiflexion in standing, especially when tonic competition (e.g., fear of falling causing antagonist muscle activation) is present, then you need to think about electrode placement and probably increasing the numbers of electrodes to induce graded potentials along the dorsiflexors.
