Thank you SO MUCH for your video! I found my hen paralyzed in the coop on Thanksgiving and was sure she was dying. Two days later, she was still alive and started eating again, but still not walking, and her toes had curled in. I saw your video and started giving her scrambled eggs every day, and the whole flock now gets Rooster Booster and B12 supplements. One month later, my baby Reba is walking again! Bless you!

Wow! I’m so grateful for your video. I had a 5 month old hen who came down with curly toe. One of her legs was totally useless and limp. Her toes were all curled in and paralyzed stiff. She couldn’t walk at all. She hopped on one foot. I fed her a scrambled egg every day with about a teaspoon of liquid B2 and Nutritional Yeast flakes. I Put Poultry Cell in her water. I Made her a thick cardboard shoe, wrapping bandaids around each toe. Now after only 10 days she is FULLY RECOVERED! It’s just a miracle. She walks with no limp whatsoever. Like nothing was ever wrong with her. I can’t thank you enough!

Wow miss thank you we had the same problem and didn't know what to do. First he started limping on one leg and we thought it was broken so we separated him from the other chickens and the other leg was also doing it he started pretty much doing the splits and his toes started curling up. We came across your video and saw a couple of other people with success doing what you did in the comments and we tried it out and wow it's amazing We became very close and grew very fond of this little shit because he was the only one that hatched that the hen was laying on. To see him limping like that broke our hearts. We're very blessed to come across your channel. My rooster's/chicken we're not quite sure what it is yet but we think it's a rooster what's about a month and a 1/2 when he started not being able to walk we've been doing what he told us to do we got all the ingredients that you got and been feeding him scrambled eggs and he's made a full recovery he's now a little over 2 months.Thank you very much. God Bless miss

This video was extremely helpful to one of my Bantam Roo’s. It’s been about a month since his first noticeable paralysis. His toes and legs were not moving and kept falling over. He then spent about 2 to 3 weeks on his side. His Crown was very dark and purple. Since this video being watched he has slowly regained his strength. He is now back upright while learning to walk again. His Crown has since regained color and he is trying to stand and walk more and more each day. His appetite never left. On top of everything the lice he had was extreme. That video was a life saver for the whole flock! Thank you so much for all the advice and keep doing what y’all are doing!!

I watched this video and went and bought the poultry cell. and been giving her by mouth for 2 weeks. Today she is 80percent better walking. Still a little wobbly. My husband can't believe she got better. He almost was going to put her down because she looked like she was suffering. I am so thankful you had this video. You saved my chicken life!!!!

Very helpful video. I was checking on my chickens last Friday and found my rooster face down on the ground. He's usually fiesty, but let me pick him up. He was shivering a little when I brought him in so I held him until he warmed up. I couldn't see anything wrong with him. He seemed fine the day before. He woildn't eat or drink. He's almost 2 years old. I've had him for about 18 months.
I gave him molasses and water and Gatorade and currently have him inside in a box. I noticed when I was feeding him that his feet are curled up. He straightened them up to stand, but when we stopped supporting him, he put his face on the ground.
He's improved a little in the past week. He holds his head just off the ground as you can see in the picture. He has some mucous hanging out of his beak. He will now eat scrambled eggs. He can stand but doesn't walk. I have a bowl of watered down Gatorade for him to drink. We have been giving him Rooster Booster Poultry Cell vitamin supplement for the last 2 days and put diatomaceous earth on his eggs.
He's my first chicken so I don't know a whole lot. Any advice? What could this be and what else can we try? Thanks.

You’re doing the right thing, hope your boy gets better soon ❤️ just keep at it and don’t give up. If you keep him eating and drinking he’ll stay alive to get better. Maybe he injured his leg and needs time to heal. Sometimes large roosters hurt themselves from flying and landing down from a high roost because of their heavy body. Either way vitamin B is great for his nerves and health. I would add vitamin E and selenium as well as that cures wry neck and can cause them to loose balance and fall forward. I would stop with the Diatomaceous Earth as it is a well spread myth that it controls internal parasites, once wet inside their system it looses all effectiveness and ability to kill bugs and parasites. I would replace with nutritional yeast (brewers yeast) has a lot of healing vitamins in it. Good luck with your boy, sorry you’re going through this ❤️

This is exactly what our Crested Cream Legbar hen, Penny, has been going through! It started as a limp and has progressed to both feet with curled up toes and an inability to stand and walk. We are starting this treatment today! We had already separated her with vitamin water, put her food and water close, and she has had scrambled eggs two days in a row. So hopefully this was a good start while we hunt down the other treatments.

My heart breaks each time. I got all the vitamins and B complex to support her healing but none worked the past month. She stopped drinking water unless I use syringe.
I watches your video last night and ordered right away the yeast and non medicated feeds, including the yeast and today, I cried tears of joy! after feeding her scrambled eggs, seasoned with yeast seasoning and some poultry cell and b-12, she was drinking her water (mixed also with some vit B complex)!

Update to my 1,5 month old comment: my chicken started getting up after 1 month and after 1,5 month she is walking around the yard and garden, getting better every day, slowly ready to return to her fellow mates. You saved my chicken's life - thank you very much!!! Note: I couldn't get the riboflavin for poultry, so I bought out of despair the human B-complex tablets and sirup ( also suitable for kids) at the pharmacy, adding regular poultry vitamins, with proper diet ( also eggs and probiotics) and it worked. Better than nothing :-)

I persistently have been looking after her, wormed and started on antibiotics, she is eating more now (have been feeding her mainly eggs, bananas, kangaroo mince, and yoghurt) she has been improving (standing and increased appetite). This video saved my sweet Minnie. Around 16 weeks she started with a slight limp to toes curling, to not being able to walk at all in just a matter of days. A daily scrambled egg with nutritional yeast everyday. I rotated daily either topping it with poultry cell or vitamin B complex. It’s been 8 weeks and I just integrated her back in with the flock. She’s still got some healing and strengthening to do so she can be on her feet all day but she is doing awesome. Hoping she will be able to work her way back up that pecking order soon!

Ozzy regained his mobility but he does stand stiff on one foot still, it hasn’t slowed him down one bit though. We’re just so glad he regained that much after not even being able to even stand. He’s a small guy and he’s actually our dominant rooster, over our huge heritage breed roosters surprisingly. He has so much spirit. Nutritional yeast is so good for them and us 😂 we especially add it to our ducklings feed as they require so much Niacin since they grow up so rapidly. I have been treating her with poultry cell and nutritional yeast with fermented food. She eats and poops like a champ and if I get her standing upright she will stay upright for hours sometimes, but she's not showing any sign of improvement toward walking or even standing much on her own, and I have to make sure her food and water are right in front of her. I have been doing this for about a month and even set up a large board to give her a flat surface as that seems to help her stay upright more. Was I too late in treating her? My chicken was a bit "slow" in last 2 weeks and 2 days ago I found her lying on the floor and she couldn't get up ( 1 hour earlier she was fine and eating), her legs were stiff and she had heavy breathing. I thought she was attacked or had a leg injury, a stroke ( it was really hot that day) but nothing visible was found. I put her into a box and took her home, about over two hours I fed her with siringe and electrolyte water. I thought first it was Mark, but she was better after 24 hours, even gave an egg. She got the B-komplex today in the morning, including vitamins for poultry. Just after 12 hours she started eating much more and started spreading her wings more, her legs are no longer stiff and started moving her fingers on her own. Btw.she had also a small bumblefoot,so I had to remove it ( not sure if everything got out, I did it for the first time). Thank you for your videos! Hope my girl will recover soon...

Sadly I lost one of my favorite roosters last week to heat stress as we were at 108°F. I now suspect he may have had a vitamin B deficiency due to the high heat over this past month. I was keeping electrolytes out but when I saw him scoot over to it and not be able to get up on his feet to drink, I sprang into action but the damage was too much. He lived about 24 more hours and I wonder if it would have been better if I had euthanized him but I don't know if I could have done it. This lady gave me two 2 month old chickens today, she won't even go to the chicken swap because she's so afraid of bringing something back and harming her flock of over 1000. I've been at her house, her set up is so beautiful and so clean. Last month one of her bantam hens couldn't walk, I guess she gave me her babies. They seem perfectly healthy EXCEPT they cannot stand just like the mom. We didn't notice this because they were in a brooder with other chickens their size and they look SO healthy outside of not being able to stand. She knew the mom had a vitamin deficiency, but it was too late. I am terrified it's mareks, but this lady is SO CAREFUL. I'm on the fence about culling these chickens as I already exposed one of my silkies to them and am afraid to expose my flock. This video has calmed my nerves and I can only hope and pray its just a vitamin B deficiency... just as their mother had, which would make sense it may have passed on through genetics if she laid a deficient egg that created them.
*edit to add* they are bantams, which I'm finding out they do have deficiencies like silkies can. We are new to chickens.

I was just wondering how long it took for your rooster to start to show signs of the toes uncurling after being on this regimen of B vitamins? In your video, you briefly mentioned Marek’s disease but didn’t focus on it. What is the difference to rule out Mare’s disease vs. a vitamin B deficiency? Our chickens had a parasite so we were advised to treat them with Corrid water for several weeks. They all seemed fine once we stopped the treatment and switched them back to regular water…until one hen started to not act like herself. Her tail is up but she slowly started to be by herself and not as spunky. Then she started to have trouble standing where we thought she injured her leg and thought it would heal in a few days but it went from off balance to not being able to move and toes curled. We don’t have this problem with our other 4 hens. She is such a sweet bird that I don’t want it to be Marek’s.

Selenium aids in the absorbing of vitamins but is a tool to help used together. Not solely. If that helps

@@BockBockBouquet I'm planning to pick up the poultry cell Friday, gonna give it a try.........actually had him drinking water and eating out of his dish today, and he was shaking his tail feathers, like he was happy. He's trying to get up, but no luck yet.

I have a 10 mo. Old silkie, had a ripped toe nail, checked it n cleaned, next day seemed not as active, next day noticed he was limping, checked again all looked good, next day could barely stand on it n would walk on hock, singled him out, rechecked for a break, all looked good. Next day both legs flat out sitting on his butt...gave him corid, but he didn't want much to drink, saw your video and dumped it out and will get the products tomorrow. I'm not noticing curled toes yet. He is trying hard to stand, but not happening. I added acv to water and will try the products as soon as I get them. Thank you any advice helps.
