- Internet Information Services (IIS)
- ASP
- ASP.NET / ASP.NET 4.5 or higher

Will you be doing more WinCC Unified Tutorials? I'm interested in creating dynamic SVGs with Faceplates using Javascript etc I have tried this but having trouble when resizing the faceplate, the contents inside do not resize and scroll bars appear when I resize the faceplate.
I would like to see some more videos of unified!
Could you tell which are the skills I need to improve become an good automation engineer. I have experience in ladder programming, wincc, vfd, and scl. Which are extra skills I need to improve?

I am working on the WinCC unified system, I need to show the data on the Performance Gantt chart & Performance Bar chart & Report as well. So I referred to the Siemens documents and sample backup also then I created the KPIs & configuration but I won't get the result on the RT.
I have changed the KPI tags values but the chart shows zero and the Gantt chart is empty.
Twice checked the Siemens Document but I don't know where I made a mistake.
Can you please give some advice on the performance of Inside objects?

i got the problem when Unified PC Engineering option is greyed out with error: "Product is not compatible with SIMATIC wincc runtime professional".
i already uninstalled wincc rt prof but there were errors (or not) during uninstallation. Now I cannot find it anywhere in my PC and restarting did not solve the problem

heloo sir i am facing a little issue here . I installed the WinCC classic V7.50 and when I try to open my projects that are created on version v7.2 and v6.2 both are showing the error message
"you are trying to open a project file which has been created with a newer WinCC version than the currently installed one"
but i am using the latest version. I tried using the project migrator but it says " not need Its already up-to-date "

Hi Tia, I installed V17 wincc unified from the portal, but it didn't work. I followed you and installed V16. It works fine. But if you install and simulate V17 Wincc unified, I will be happy and good luck

What's difference between wincc professional & wincc runtime?
WinCC Professional is the engineering environment.
WinCC Runtime is for running the WinCC program on your PC and use a PC as an HMI

Hello everybody. Kindly someone please help me. I have TIA portal basic license installed on my laptop. I even worked in tia portal yesterday.. but today morning when i open the tia portal project it says basic license is not found. My laptop has been attacked by some virus. Many of the files were corrupted but that doesn't matter. I can reinstall operating system to laptop. I don't know what to do for the tia portal. I guess the virus might be the reason for the license to get deleted. I want the license back. I don't know what to do for this. Kindly please some one help me please..
Is the license gone when you open the tool "Automation License Manager" (always installed when installing TIA Portal)? It should still be listed there... I don't know about a virus that attacks on this level.
@@hegamurl7434 I checked automation licence manager sir.. licence key is missing at there.. but I'm sure it was there yesterday. I tried to open the previous project file in tia portal.. it says the file has been damaged.. not only tia portal.. i can't even open the excel, pdf, word document and every other files too.. because all the files are named as .erif.. for example for a pdf file it shows like this siemens.pdf.erif.. if i just rename it to siemens.pdf its opening and that particular pdf file is perfect as before. Then i checked with the tia older project file there also all the files are name as (.erif) so i renamed every think then it opens.. but i have no idea the license.. i doubting if the license may also be affected by this (.erif) if so how can i rename it to previous. Where to find the license file..
TIA 15.1 had similar problems but also with WinCC Unified every time i tried to install it in another PC i am always facing surprising errors :P

That indicates that the Runtime cannot acces the data... try setting the "PG/PC interface" in the windows network settings for the adapter you are connecting PLC and WinCC runtime

Could you make STL programming basics
For what purpose? I would suggest that you don't use STL for programming. STL is similar to IL and IL is deprecated in IEC 61131-3.
I could make some videos about STL, but Jan is correct... if you want to prepare for the future and use standards, try to avoid STL

I see you gave up WinCC Unified, fair since it's not 100% reliable like the old good WinCC :)
My error is a MSI file error not instaling the program .
When i run the instalatión It open the instalator and It initialice It but when its 51%of load It goes straigt away to the main screen and then i pres Next and the error message shows MSI file error not instaling.
My internet is of the antivirus is of the firewalls are off i have modified the register in the regedit app from Windows and i have tick the options that you show and nothing is seem to help. Siemens suport doesnt help either so im just blocked here with my instalatión program.
Mi sistema is Windows 10 and its totally updated to the last versión and its run with a 64 sistem.
