@@montanajones7810 "family" doesn't always have to be people who are related to you by blood. it can be your classmates, the teachers at your school, the accounts on your friend list, that one playlist you set on repeat, the ocs you write and draw about, god/jesus if you're religious, etc.
what's important is that your family is always there for you, no matter who they are; they're a safe haven in which you can feel warmth and comfort.

I want to be happy, and be who I really am, but in scared of losing people. So I stay the same sad self.
Social anxiety doesnt make getting friends easy anyways. I actually stayed with a toxic friend for a year because I was manipulated and tricked. I realized it but sometimes I'm too nice. I stayed her friend. She ended up ghosting me. I'm happy she did.

Am i the only one who has a family and friendship depression?
You see my story is kinda difficult once i was 4-5 years old me,my friends and family are great but... once my friends betrayed me and talked behind my back and to my family they... they always scold me for no reason and every time something goes wrong they always put the blame on me even if its not me i tried to tell them its not me but they always say "stop pretending" some times when they're sleeping im in my bed crying and i always blame myself and sometimes i ask god why did i even lived and some of my classmates always like to bully and humiliate (sorry for tge wrong spelling) me,then i started getting deppressed and i always cry every night and now im crying while typing this comment...
Im sorry this is the only way i can burst my sadness im sorry for wasting your time...

If I was being honest my life is hell I get abused by my '' boyfriend " he always does things my family asks if I am okay but when I pretend I am sleeping I am really cutting myself and starving myself and every time I try to overdose I get caught and I am literally tired of saying I am fine when really I just wish my life was over I get told to thing of meditating with candles I say I feel like that just is proof everyone hates me and wants me dead and then they ask me if I am afraid of dieing and I say yes but really I am afraid of living and the only reason I am saying this here is because you guys don't know who I am and everytime I say I wanna die people just send me to a facility who says I don't think that anymore and I really just wish I could die already but I can't because I have two five year olds and a eight month old and one of my five year olds have a heart problem and my " boyfriend " tries to take my son off of the meds it because he thinks my son is better when he only feels better because he is on his meds so if I die my innocent kids will die. My life never gets better so if my kids die what is the point of carrying on that is what I wanna know because if you ask me nothing and it will never get better so why won't somebody just let me die and I was supposed to go back to my mom at the end of July but, now, she got herself in rehab, now, I can't talk to her, she can't text me, she can't call me, I hate myself for everytime I said I hate her, she is my best friend, I want to tell my half sister cause, her older sister just got out of rehab but, she hates my mom, why would she care, I want to end my life, I know they would be sad but, even though I love her, it's partly her fault, it's everyone I ever trusted, everyone I ever loved, everyone I ever felt happy around, I can't trust anyone, I can't love anyone, I can't feel happy with anyone, I refuse, I always let my emotions get the better of me, now, I get used, I get hurt, I get sad, I want to end my life but, I can't, I am too weak
