I think this was mentioned in a talks machina at one point, I recommend watching those for more background information. For example, did you know that prior to the campaign Liam wanted Caleb to be Chaotic Evil but decided to change it last minute?

My favorite parts. This is so incredible.
Molly was tearing himself apart killing his friends. Beating himself internally whenever he hurt them, it just took their words to bring it out
I knew there would be absolutely stunning media created after the last stream, but seeing you pop up was an absolute delight. You blew this out of the water, your ability to portray emotion and story through your music is astonishing. Your songs always end with me crying and reflecting on these characters that I love so dearly. Thank you for creating this and all of your past works, you never cease to amaze.

Update: I finished the episode balling, came to listen to this and OH MY FUCKING GOD! CHASE!!! All I hear at the beginning with the 6/8 is "graced by the presence of circus performers with devilish blood" this is a beautiful evolution

Oh my gosh... This is absolutely beautiful! The idea that Molly was conscious and watching while Lucien was trying to kill the Nein is just so sad - and you captured it so well.

I love how even without the eye tattoos on the left or the blood on the right, you can clearly tell which one one the background is Molly and which is Lucien
Can we please just have a CR MN musical, and cut away from the final battle to have a spotlight of Molly singing this song? That's not too much to ask, is it? It's 2021 and we're sending people to Mars and getting everyone a vaccine. Anything's possible. Surely this musical can happen.

To be precise - his first card created for this deck was Love as Yasha was first person from M9 that he met - as his first proper word beside "Empty" was "Love" towards Yasha...
As he never met Caduceus and Essek he hesitates but i think that it could be as follow for the deck:
Essek - The Hermit (about his past which currently Molly can't really know so less likable to be that) or The Tower
Caduceus - Temperance or even The World because of his connection with WildMother

This is incredible.
The emotional weight of the final fight (and its aftermath) was great, but it was from the view of the Nein. I had never really stopped to consider Mollymauks view on the matter. I think especially cause he was always light hearted (kind of but you get my point) and we never got to see him in a position of grief, so the tragedy felt more obviously linked to the remaining members of the Nein.
To me, this song shines a new light in that moment, making it all the more special and tragic. They got knocked out a lot of times in that fight, and still kept trying to reach Molly. Envisioning him watching all this and not being able to properly react, locked away in a prison of a flesh no longer his own, is truly heartbreaking.
