...but thanks for putting this online - as a matter of interest is the so-called 'freeboard' (ie. the top of water to the top edge of the fabricated box) a mandatory dimension? I take on board the comment about modern recommendations for taller boxes giving a greater freeboard but is that measurement given in any regulation anywhere that I could quote? You mention 10" and elsewhere I have heard 6" - I assume the latter is the 'old' standard.
