  • This 10 Minute calming progressive muscle relaxation meditation will help ease anxiety, lower stress and help you fall asleep faster. Progressive Muscle Relaxations help you to feel grounded by guiding you to focus your attention on your body while learning to relax your muscles. When we are anxious and stressed, our muscles often become quite tense without us even knowing it. This practice scans over each major muscle group while guiding you to tense and relax your muscles.     After clenching, evertime I just ended up in pain for my first session. I'll try again tomorrow and see how I feel, but I only just didn't want to move afterwards.

    The sound of the narrator swallowing saliva is distracting and offputting. It's probably because the microphone is to close to the mouth.
