In my case I download a game from oceanofgames, and it downlaods a virus called avenger.aio along with game.I know that thing is some thing like malware or virus but my duumb ass run it and it fucked my defender too , i factory reset mt laptop but my security didnt want to open. Hopes this help me with this shit.

RTX 2070 Super Nvidia graphics card, 16 GB ram corsair. i have Z390 Aorus elite motherboard (update version F8), at some point i thought of updating my motherboard frimware but i saw alot of people said its not recommended as it can break my motherboard completely, so i let it go. my bios settings has X.M.P enabled, secure boot enabled, V-TD enabled (virtualization which took me ages to find), TPM enabled (2.0 and 1.3 ver). i have latest windows updates and drivers, is there any other solution i can do? help please!

Finally fixed my daughter's computer! Was new at Xmas, she never corrupted her old laptop but she allowed notification from some Cruddy website with the usual "you are infected"..... I blocked that in chrome and thought to do a scan but all was missing (even from my Admin account) Thanks you! Although, I do still have the Tamper Protection as "managed by your administrator" i Red..... Cab you link me a solution for this as I AM the administrator.... Many thanks
I have tried it but for me it didnt work , not sure whats the issue .. using windows 11 , enabled gpedit also as you explained in another video. would be kind if you can suggest anything. what wrong i did is i copied windows registry from online as mine was corrupted because of some game i downloaded. since then its laptop working fine but cannot open virus tab. i even re installed windows twice still its same. please help !!

Same here, I got this issue after uninstalling bitdefender and reinstalling windows... I think bit defender is the culprit. The only option I see is reinstalling it

hi can u help me.... i reseted my computer and i had a red dead redemption 2 repack file which i wanted to extract. I was just extracting the file when windows security gave me a notification that theres a threat and they have quarantined it (its normal with repacks) so i was gonna open windiws security and restore the threat... but windows security was a blank screen. I tried to open it for so long by different ways but i didnt succeed. when i tried to open it through settings it showed me (your it administrator has limited access to certain parts of this app. contact your it helpdesk for more information). i would appreciate a fix if anyone has it..

Thanks for replying. I also found a fix. For anyone needing one: Windows Update is the problem. If you don't want that sh*t, just reactivate it long enough to access Windows Privacy (or whatever you are trying to access), keep the window open (it will open) and then pause Windows Update again. Or you could just reactivate it forever but... yeah.@@poison2561
