You can now flash 1.6.6 firmware or below, but first you will need to flash BLE firmware through M365_downG app.
You can also customise your DRV, but we recommend using GONKA presets: m365pro.scooterhacking.org/

Все получилось установить и прошить, единственное не знал что можно было купить оригинал и купил реплику, при установке реплики необходимо сначала прошить , а потом уже монтировать новый блок, так как с блоком-репликой прошивка BLE зависает, но идеально прошивается на стоковом оригинальном. Всем успехов и еще раз спасибо :)

@@Afadopulo True. Now on display you can change from kmh to mph through Mi Home app, but that's about it. By the way, in case anyone ask, three modes of riding gives 15, 20, 25 km/h speeds.

Have couple of questions.
1. Currently using custom firmware based on 1.3.0 which gives me about 23-25 km range on single charge.
Is it possible to upgrade straight from 1.3.0 or do i need to upgrade to 1.4.3 first?
2. Whats the motor start speed? Is it set to default on the custom firmware? The only thing that stops me from upgrading the screen is losing the ability of zero start.
I managaded To flash only DRV file, but that was enough because xiaomis app loaded the rest of these files and now it works.
Did you replace the circuit board option as well? Maybe that's the reason for the reboot difficulty.
Hello, good job. But I read somewhere that a user complains that he can not use the "cruise control" feature after the pro dash upgrade. Have you ever tested it on your scooter? Does it really go off after the upgrade? Thanks...

Hi I have a Pro which I want to roll back to stock drv1.5.5 because I want the max speed back to about 26km/hr. If do this with the file on the link will the manufacturer notice it when claiming for warranty for example?

Good video, thanks. I am having poor battery performance with the stock 155 firmware after installing the Pro dashboard on my M365. I used to get about 23 km per battery charge, now after my test today, only about 13 km. And I have been riding the same. Wow, to lose about 10 km from a battery charge is enough for me to go back to the original dashboard and firmware.
Any ideas on what to do? Going into Normal or Eco mode is much slower than what I had before.
You can check of the battery is fine, otherwise just fix it at a local repair shop
If for some reason the change of boards fails, or you simply don't like it, is there any way to revert back to the old board like nothing happened?
The plug from the circuit board to the speed controller is a different sizes and does not connect. can I splice them or purchase an adapter? Haven't been able to find anyone else with the same problem.
I just got a m365 scooter and made this mod (display and flashing to DVR155) can I update the scooter firmware using the official Xiaomi Mi home app? I have paired the scooter after flashing to drv 155 but, the Mi home app is prompting with a “new firmware available” can I update? Or is not recommended . Thanks
Question: the 155 DRV file in the link in your description, works fine, but Im curious if there is anything special about it in regards to Pro dash on non-Pro scooter. Or is it simply one that was generated from m365pro.scooterhacking.org ? Im wondering if I can generate one of my own from that site, or if both the dashboard and scooter need to be Pro.

Hey guys, please note that it might be just enough to install DRV 1.5.5 file. Please test it for yourself! :) Now some of your questions answered of scooter performance when installed everything like in a video:
1) We have noticed an increased acceleration and better performance uphill. This of course might drain your battery faster. And once again it's just what we've noticed ourselves
2) Scooter doesn't seem to be slowing down when it goes below 50%. It's a good thing for us, but if you want to maintain the battery you might want to change your riding mode to normal (not sport)
3) On 95kg load and tires pumped to 4 bars we have managed to do 16km and have 15% left (average speed 16.5km/h with some hills time to time). So let's say if we were to drain battery completely we should have got around 18-19 km total. Before, on the same load we used to get 21km from 100% to 2%. Scooter is one year old with 800km on it's watch so please consider that too
4) As you can see there is a slight difference in distance, but also a noticeable performance too (doesn't decrease that much when battery goes low)
5) The battery indicators on the LED display work perfect. Total distance driven on the app is working perfect too. However, the remaining estimated mileage will be off. On 100% it will tell you you have 45km left and will count it based on that
Hope that answers some of your concerns! :) Overall we are very happy as the total distance covers our needs and slightly better performance is a plus.
Hi mate and thanks for putting all these together. I am a bit confused with the available options though.
Right now I have a m365 with firmware v1.5.1 and I am stuck at stock speed ie 25km/h because I cannot flash any custom firmware. Can you confirm that if I get the Pro dashboard, as things are at the moment, I will be able to flash the custom 1.5.5 DRV firmware that will unlock the speed limit? Have you tested that firmware yet?

Hi there,
I need some help and advice with getting my m365 converted to m365 pro (replacing the display and flashing the firmware. I saw several videos, but when I checked the version of my firmware for DRV, BLE and BMS I found them being quite different from the ones that seem to appear on this video. My versions are as follows: DRV Ver 551, BMS Ver 551 and BLE Ver 1100. There's also a difference in the Scooter name: mine is MIScooter0598. It gets recognized by the official Xiaomi application as well as the M365_downG and the m365 Tools. I have ordered a Pro Display and when I tried disassembling the current board display on my scooter, I noticed that the pinout/cable endings of the 3 groups of cables seemed to be the other way round: i.e. if the new display had them as male endings, the currently installer one would have them as female, hence I couldn't install the display as such without having to cut the wires and re-solder them onto the existing cable endings. So, having explained what I have encountered, could anybody, please, answer the following questions:
1. Why would the pinout/cable endings be different?
2. Would cutting and re-soldering work? From a technical perspective, if I got the wires right it should, but I m just wondering why the video shows a direct replacement without any modifications needed and I have to go down this route?
3. Bearing in mind my current firmware versions (see above) and the Scooter Model, do you think I should be able to use the m365_downG tool an oatch the firmware versions to the ones for the m365 pro scooter successfully?

A happy customer. I can confirm that this works on m365 1.5.1, after updating to 1.5.5 - just follow method 2 (I have not tried updating through Mi app). The quality is great and speed indication is really convenient. After updating to unrestricted 1.5.5, the scooter becomes really brutal (max speed 32km/h) and no more issues going uphill. Recommended!

@@skydronemediaasitis3898 It is also limiting the current draw by the motor, you can feel it when you go above 30km/h, and sometimes even below that, if the battery is less than 100%. I am not worried.
My new dash doesn’t show battery light nor does it have any data or able to see the settings of the scooter any help?
If you set S mode will it always re-start back in the same mode?

how can i upgrade the firmware on the iphone app. i do not have an android phone. i have tried changing region to China and unlocked the scooter, and also reconnected the scotter on the iphone app - but the firmware does not upgrade and remains at 0%. the current firmware version is V1.6.0. please help me

I have 1.5.4 and the speedo always shows 0. The Mi Electric Scooter Pro app needs an unlock six number code. I never set it with the old board. I tried 000000 and 111111 and 123456. I think that I need the newer version to get the speedo and battery level to work. Any suggestions?

Hello, as far as we are aware you can now hack the 1.5.1 version on the standard display as well. We believe there's a small fee for it in the app, but it's now possible. If you're mounting the Pro display it should work anyway as we had 1.5.1 version ourselves (as per video).
Hello, I have m365 with older battery with only one fuse and I installed display. Downloaded Stock driver155, display started to work, bud I feel thé power is lower then it used to be..Now I should download BMS file, but will be fine with this old battery or will I burn the fuse?

Which of the wires shows that the headlight is on?
Is there any difference between the original dashboard and the Aliexpress version (or other versions for that matter)?
We haven't got a chance to test the fake ones yet. We are aware that bluetooth light constantly blinks and that plastic cover is fully transparent. We are trying to get hold of the aftermarket display and will do the video to compare it. :)
The Aliexpress ones work just fine with this firmware update.
@@bakan723 Nope, but M365_downG works fine (sometimes have to retry if it fails, but eventually goes to 100%). Only needed to update the DRV file.

Hey! The indicator is right. The only issue is the remaining balance on the app, which counts from 45km.

Another question... Now I have the 1.5.1 firmware on my old M365. When I install the Pro display, I just have to update the detected as "new M365 Pro Scooter" through Mi Home app to the 1.6 firmware and the display will work at 100%, right? Thank you so much again!!
@@johnhf84 Hey! Updating through Mi Home app did not work for us unfortunately. I would recommend using method 2, upgrading through M365_downG app (you need Android phone for this). You then would have 1.5.5 version and there is also custom 1.5.5 DRV file which would increase your speed to 30km/h.
I just upgraded to the pro dashboard and have a problem. The bluetooth icon keeps flashing all the time unless I connect the app. I've done all the fw updates, yet everytime I power the scooter on it gives 1 long beed and 1 short and bt led flashes. I don't always need nor want to connec to phone and the flashing is annoying af.
@myBESTscooter I am doing exactly the same steps shown in the video, yet flashing DRV155 does nothing - no errors, the flashing seems to finish 'Done', but next time I check version, I still get the DRV151. The red error icon is still blinking on the dashboard.
Any idea why that would be? I've already tried flashing multiple times with no success.

@@mybestscooter1879 I had the same problem. However every time I try to flash a different BLE 091 or 073) m365 downg disconnects from Bluetooth and never progresses past 0%. I can also flash 1.55 but upon rebooting the scooter it still shows 1.51. Any ideas?

Habe es bestimmt 10 mal probiert...
Muss man denn die BMS und BLE installieren oder braucht man das nicht? Bzw für was genau sind die da?

Hello. If you can't install BMS / BLE then you bought a duplicate dashboard (not the original). You can easily drive without BLE (bluetooth) or BMS (battery) updates. The only minus is the flashing LED from BT. To upload BLE and BMS correctly on a duplicate you need to use ST LINK V2.

I've a dual battery with firmware 1.4.3, what is the performances of 1.5.5 firmware with dual battery? how to fix ixes issue of scooter going into charge mode with an external battery connected in parallel?
dont do this, you will burn out the battery inside the scooter, and cause a fire and overheat. you need to connect the second battery in paralel, not to the charging port.
If you find an answer to this please let me know. It is my understanding that standard FW causes auto recharge issues. I have not seen anything that gives the speeds and features of the CFW.

Android only. But you can buy a new Android phone for $40, or less in the used market.

You need 1.5.5 stock firmware just so your Pro display could work. The speed will be 25km/h on stock 1.5.5 firmware. On modified it will go up to 30km/h

@@sureshbuddhika1193 it can drain battery faster if you drive it faster. otherwise, if you don't go into sport mode, why should it drain faster ?

Why would you connect an old module? Everything works on Pro firmware with the new display. You have three riding modes (speeds 15-20-25 km/h), can change kmh to mph through Mi Home app. We haven't tested the old module when you're on the Pro firmware yet. I guess if you wan't the new one you should make a decision and stick to it. Pro scooter is still quite new, but of course more hacks will come out soon.

I don't have an android phone but have a laptop google computer, when I got the M365 _downG it connects with the scooter but when I press on the check version it says failed retry every time! I've also downloaded the 1.5.5 firmware as well. Is it because I'm using a computer or because I need an android phone? Also my throttle has stopped working! the tail light flashes and goes out... help!!!

Da sich bisher noch niemand damit befasst hat, habe nun ich es:
Original Display:
DRV142, BMS115, BLE072.
Nach dem Wechsel auf das Pro-Display:
DRV142, BMS0, BLE10201
Das Pro-Display wird ein Klon sein, habe es aus China für 18$.
Dann NUR die DRV155 hier aus dem Beitrag flashen (habe die originale benutzt).
Die BMS und die BLE müssen NICHT geflasht werden.
Darauf hin hat alles funktioniert!
Neue Informationen:
DRV155, BMS0, BLE10201
Zum testen, habe ich wieder die DRV142 installiert.
Interessanterweise funktioniert der Roller auch mit Pro-Display und 1.4.2... jedoch ohne Geschwindigkeitsanzeige!
Nun habe ich das Display wieder getauscht auf das Originale Display.
Roller funkioniert wieder wie gewohnt.

Habe mich nicht getraut, die BLE und die BMS die hier angeboten werden auf das Pro-Display zu flashen, da es kein originales sein kann (schätze ich Mal).
Mit den seltsamen Version die bereits auf dem Display waren funktioniert es ja.
Ob die Akkuanzeige mit diesen Versionen richtig dargestellt weiss ich noch nicht, wird sich erst durch Tests rausstellen lassen.
Akku war aber komplett voll bei der Montage und wird auch als komplett voll angezeigt.

Mine just shows 0km/h it's a M365 with a PRO display. What do I do? I have one more chance, I accidently flashed the pro firmware and broke one scooter.

Hey! There's not too much to show. It just displays the speed in both kmh and mph and you can also choose between 3 riding modes instead of 2 like before. The speed modes will be 15km-20km-25km/h.
@@mybestscooter1879 yes yes i know :) but as much as i know, when you change a component, it causes some problems such as the motor becomes shakey, less power output, headlight problems...
@@mehmetatakantokac1953 I'll give it a go once the weather gets a bit better here. I had a short ride already and did not notice any changes to be honest. Perhaps acceleration was a bit better, but I have tested it on full charge so hard to say. Will do a full range test soon.

Trying to follow the instructions but M365_downG doesnt flash the BMS or BLE firwmare correctly. BMS only gets to 98% and the scooter turns off and BLE gets the error "cancelled due to retry". Any Ideas?

Are you guys with fake/copy displays? Usually DRV is the only file you need to install then. We have tested this only on genuine unit.
myBESTscooter seems like it’s a copy. I’ve ordered a ST-Link to see if flashing it with the OEM software will make it work properly. Screen does work but would prefer to run the correct BLE and BMS too. If not, I’ll need to buy a Original board
@@mybestscooter1879 Actually, my most probaly is fake, I paid for it something like 20$ :-) DRV is great and for BLE it does not matter . About BMS, mybe better to stay stock as batteries are stock. Thanks guys...
So I used a ST-Link and followed the instructions here (www.spzshop.com/blogs/best-practices-and-tutorials-for-m365/update-xiaomi-m365-1-5-1-and-ble-0-81-be-careful-there-is-the-solution) and was able to flash BLE 90 to the copy board. From there I followed the myBESTscooter instructions and now have everything working as expected - BLE, BMS and DRV all updated and no more flashing bluetooth icon!!
My new pro dashboard won't let me upload firmware 155. Any help you can give me?
Even I upload other firmware not all lights work.

Hello, can anyone help me? I can't find how to install version 155, I bought the screen but it doesn't work, the version I have is 152 and I can't find how to install 155.
use the mi home app to update the firmware, Set your region to China and then add the pro scooter by device and then it will want to update.

It works fine when you install it, it will update it to 1.6.6

When u connect to scooter on the app just press the three dots on the top right of the screen

once you install the pro dashboard its going to be the latest in the pro which is 1.6.6 I was at 1.5.5 and 1.3.8

i was downloading one of the 3 files and it compltly locked me out of the scooter... im trying to "check ver" in the app but it does nothing so i cant get back in the "open bin"

I’ve recently upgraded this mod on my brand new bike, I have error 14 beeping in all the modes it stop beeping the moment I turn on the head light. The bike works fine but the moment I turn off the headlight it beep and display error 14. Anyone know how to fix this?
You need to connect with bluetooth then update the fw in the app
