Sounds like a great CEO for putting customer first (at least in theory). I *have* noticed an improvement in their service in the last couple of quarters. About their growth strategy and moves, why should Kotak reveal their business secrets anyway to this journalist openly or any regulatory issues either? It's still a much better bank than ICICI or Axis.
@@Liberty55555 Not only service standards. Their complaince level also gone badly.... customer signature forgeries are also done... I dont know what RBI is doing here.
Adjectives like 'cutting-edge,' etc., add very little value to the conversation; in fact, they make it sound salesy. Also metaphors like firing all cyclinders are fine but details are very important.. when people don't provide details, it doesn't give much confidence to the share holders...
THey are not allowed to speak anything specially when RBI is on the watch, so yes it sounds like a vague thing but thats how it works ! Ideally bankers must not do free interviews with media, not good as interpretations are different with RBI in the middle !

Customer service is worst in all kotak branches.. For my account closure also they take more than 15 days.. Charges are more.. CCU employees are immatured and lack knowledge.. They are hiring people at low costs but executives are earning more.. Insider traders and fradulent HR still working in this bank... Worst bank to deal with.. What about Stake holders... YOY of the shares are always in decreasing trend.. Uday td american dollar as Financial terrorist.. Kotak mahindra bank to be nationalised to come out all frauds in this bank

Ok so Kotak is a bank. I thought they were an Insurance selling Institution which is also into Banking.
