Oh I've always wanted to try this cause I've seen other Youtubbers do open pages too. Thanks for providing the space to do it with you, it makes me like doing it so much more :) Do you use different journals for different things that you do?
Yay!!! 🤗 For me personally, whether the prompts are morning pages or reflections on a book I'm reading, I use the same journal. The only other journal I use is the unlined one for my drawings! But if you want to have separate ones, definitely feel free to do so! I used to do that but got way too confused about which journal was which hehe.
I love what Tiffany said!! Also, a few of my go-to questions to kick things off: -what are some highs or lows from this week? -what do I currently see, smell, taste, hear, feel? -how have I been spending my time lately? -if I could use an object/illustration to describe how my soul is doing, what would it? and why? Processing what's going on in our minds can take time and practice. There's no pressure to open up and have lots to say right away. But if we keep showing up for ourselves and practicing, then eventually we may find that the writing and processing will come out more and more smoothly and quickly over time. 💛
your journaling videos are inspiring!

What are good questions to ask yourself if you dont know whats on your mind??
This is a good question!
You can start with treating it like a conversation with yourself, like "Allen, is there anything you want to tell me?"
