As an experienced horsewoman, I have never fallen off a horse; I have unscheduled dismounts. I do sympathize with all horse people who have experienced unscheduled dismounts as I have had 2 neck surgeries, 1 lumbar surgery, 1 broken ankle, 1 broken arm and a completely rebuilt shoulder. Yes, I still ride.
Car accident..unscheduled stoppage? Arrest..unanticipated delay? Degoved testicle..”what we like to call, ..a surprise!” (Buck Henry, China Syndrome parody, Saturday Night Live..)
No mystery. He was being "serviced" by his passenger while driving. At the crucial moment he lost control of the car and her teeth sank into his testicles. The cash is her wages and she got rid of it to avoid suspicions to no avail. He was found to be "driving dangerously".
I live in Norway. I needed an air ambulance helicopter rescue after I broke my ankle in a mountain recently. But on the other hand I am fortunate that our health care is free at the point of delivery and the air ambulance is supported by charitable donations (in fact it is the charity with the largest number of supporters in Norway). I needed further transports by land ambulances to get me back to my home hospital, a few days stay in the hospital plus the surgery. I didn't have to pay a single Kroner for all the in-patient care (out-patient consultations require nominal co-pays). If I had to pay for everything, I could give all I own and it'd still not be enough. I watch a lot of paramedic/ambulance documentaries. It's a first-hand experience now when I say accident and illness can happen to anyone literally. Think about that. We never know when we or our loved ones need help.
honestly is it weird that I didn't feel so bad for him once the other driver described how he almost killed two other people with his reckless driving lol

My coworker died from a car accident. she was the only one not wearing a seatbelt and was the only one who died. This was a couple weeks after her cousin died from another car accident (also no seatbelt). This is why you need to take stories like this seriously and ALWAYS wear your seatbelt.
I figured that a fall.from a first story window wouldnt be too far- but then I remember what they would count as first story, I would.count as a second story
I wonder why there's no doctor in the helicopter? In other similar series, there have been traumatologists who can perform much more advanced operations. Especially with brain injuries. In my country (Czechia) there is doctor on scene with land crew or helicopter on any major emergency.

Degloved is a term used to mean that a body part has been stripped of flesh or skin; it most commonly happens to arms, thus the term 'degloved', since the flesh comes off similar to the removal of a glove in those particular cases.

that helicopter teams is costing millions a year - no wonder they interupt their meals because they need a stint to justify their existence and then as we see in first story, the fire brigade, police and i suppose ambulance beat them to the scene - but hey, this is drama! NOT watching after 7 mins.
@@AuskaDezjArdamaath people like him don't deserve universal healthcare they should pay hefty crushing hospital bills but still life is overrated for people like him
you do know they raise money for this, right?? so you are not paying for it unless you make a donation? no, your taxes are not being used for this, and honestly, it's actually not that important for the helicopter to be first on the scene as the point of the helicopter is to get people treatment fast. often, the helicopter can knock off a substantial amount of transport time, and that could be crucial for someone with life-threatening injuries. everyone knows the faster you get treatment, the better your odds are at not only survival but healing and getting back to normal.
Do more research before you comment lol yikes!!! It’s said in most of these shows that the helicopter gets called when someone is seriously injured and needs to quickly be taken to a trauma centre. Not all hospitals are equipped to deal with major trauma and not every town has a trauma centre. It’s pretty easy to understand why they are used lol
Loosing testies as a result of reckless driving and after kidnapping seems like a ultimate instant karma
hahahahahahahaha, instant Karma is great, lol!!!
