I have the Gerber, I bought it directly from Gerber last year on sale and I think I paid $19 for it. For about twenty bucks I thought it was a useful tool and bought a couple more to give away. At twenty or less the Gerber is a good deal, but I would not pay more than 20.
50Cr is the blade. Wiha bits work great for the Gerber double sided buy the Technician pack $13-$15. Also SOG bits work with it and all the Leatherman bits and accessories work with it. I imagine the same thing goes for the True. Basically any 1/4” bit works fine be it 3D or 2D.

I’ve had the gerber armbar screwdriver close on me a few times when using it I liked everything else about it I do wish it had a pocket clip
