    Hi, can someone please let me know how to request access to slack😩? I also messaged you all on Instagram. I'm trying to download the Epson Adjustment program for my A4 so that I can reset my waste ink counter. TIA

    "Printer information check" keeps saying not responding. Had my printer 11 months and I haven't been able to use it in 2 months. New capping station. New printhead. Still getting errors. I'm regretting this investment. Have to jump through hoops for EVERYTHING. It shouldn't be this hard. Slack is a joke, still haven't gotten access, and I work full time and can't make those once weekly zoom meetings. Why not just have regular customer service on standby? This is ridiculous!

      I'm having issues with double printing. They sent me a new motherboard and I'm still having the issue. Had only for month and a half. It's depressing

      I had similar issues early on as well. I ended up needing to get a replacement printer. If you have bought a warranty try to get in contact with them to see if they can help you first and if not try calling where you bought your printer from directly. I found success that way and was able to get ahold of them directly after also trying slack. Hope you are able to figure everything out!

      I received the same error as well and it turned out that the cable that connected my printer to my laptop was not securely inserted. Once I fully unplugged it and plugged it back in, it worked seamlessly. Hope this helps and best of luck to you.
