Hello. For sensitive or tricky material we usually lower the heat to about 285F and add an additional 5 seconds to what you would normally press for time wise. ALSO, it is always advised to test how the material will respond to the heat press before accepting jobs.

Hello, if you press the fit to page button in the tool bar up top (next to the red X stop sign with a broom) with the file selected, the image will expand to it's largest printable size with the film you have installed. The red you see over the design is the parts of the file that do not fit on your print media as currently sized. To make custom size changes you can click the Job tab below the print file preview window and edit the current dimensions here.

There's a couple good choices in there! If you are looking to print exclusively DTF the R2 Pro is the best value choice. Epson F2200 if you want to offer dtf AND dtg.

Hey there! The peel is actually determined by the film used. Our Universal is considered a hot peel and the Quick Glide is an INSTANT peel. Always follow your film’s instructions for when to peel:)
