You're an amazing person. The fact that I recently commented on a 2 yo video and you hearted the comment just says a lot about you. I know it's a small move for you, but I also know you do it because you know how much small friendly gestures mean. I wish you all the luck in the world going forward. :)
Happy to see you ❤ I love the massage you have for the world I myself never suffered from depression even though I've lost almost all my family and was diagnosed with MS but my aunt struggles with this monster for decades and I'm afraid lately she's losing the battle. Keep it up and never surrender 👍
Check in often with her, let her know frequently how much you care and that you are there to listen. 💖 She's always welcome here in the community as well.
@@MentalAmanda I try to talk to her as often as I can but the distance is an issue and lately she doesn't answer the phone and she completely shut down all her social media accounts, my problem is with her husband my uncle who simply doesn't believe depression and anxiety can be so debilitating.
Amanda, I LOVED the reaction!! I think your read on this song aligns 100% with how so many of us feel- myself for sure. Much love and thank you for sharing
One of my favorite songs by FFDP. You should definitely check out a little bit off next! Thank you for these reactions of some of the greatest bands and thank you for spreading more inspiring and motivating messages that help me and a lot of other people! 😊
I really love Five Finger Death Punch. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts on this video. I had mentioned this once before is the lead singer, Ivan Moody, is a former Marine. He has seen a lot of combat and he has his issues. But this is where he comes up with his songs. He has been through where the system has failed, not only the military but society itself. He has struggled with his own demons and at one point he had taken a break to get his life back in order. I'm glad he did and the band members were patient with him. ❤you Amanda and keep it coming.
I want to apologize to everyone for some information that I put out about Ivan Moody. I want to thank Jason for helping me set the record straight. I was going on some bad Intel instead of researching it for myself. Just don't want everyone to think I'm full of crap, just a simple mistake. Thank you all for your understanding. Love 😍 you all.
Thank you Amanda for those words of encouragement. I will always be the first one to admit if I'm wrong about something. Thanks for having my back. Love 😍 you always.
This is the same guy (Ivan Moody) from the Sixx:AM Maybe It’s Time reaction you did a while back. I was hoping you would react to this video! 😃 I absolutely love the mic stand with the MRI Desert Eagle!
I certainly can relate to those lyrics. Guess it’s better on the outside looking in, at least mentally rather than physically. Just sitting here waiting for the crazy train to derail itself 🤘😀
You should react to "A Little Bit Off" by Five Finger Death Punch. They wrote it during the shutdown in 2020 and it actually shows the streets of Las Vegas empty! It's a really short song but relatable to pretty much everyone during that awful time.
I got to meet Chris the bassist. He is from the same town I’m from and when he came back for this past thanksgiving he came to our wrestling show. I’m training at OVW Academy and he came so I got a picture and got to talk to him
Great choice a reaction. They're a great band that supports veterans and first responders. Please react to Halestorm I am the Fire. You will absolutely love it. Extremely uplifting
keep up the amazing work ffdp have so many great songs. i apologize, jekyll and hyde, under and over it, war is the answer, sham pain, lift me up, the bleeding, american capitalist, the pride, my nemesis, remember everything, ashes, never enough, far from home
As a guy who has fought other people and a corrupt school system through my entire childhood. Seeing society now makes me want to have no part in it. I fought enough already.
The comment about how empaths are particularly affected hit me hard. I dont know if I am a empath. I want everyone to be safe and happy regardless of anything else even people I don't know. It makes feel different than everyone else because I only care about is this hurting someone else and not based on tribes. Feel like I'm a different species at times. Feel like society forces us to choose a side and it causes anxiety when we dont.
This song has been on rotation on my Playlist as well as with some other FFDP songs and I can resonate with what you were talking about in this reaction as it relates to society, government and all the hypocrisy surrounding all these things and f*ck the media. But enough about that, FFDP is a great band and the fact that they support the troops speaks volumes about them. Also I would like you to do a reaction video to jekyll and Hyde by FFDP, and oh yeah great job on this reaction, rock on amanda 🤘🔥🤘😎.
FFDP is a long journey of emotions and mental struggles communicated in the music laced with ties of a brotherhood touching topics the public shy's away from. Deep motivational sounds to darker journeys can all be found on the FFDP tracks... If you are just starting down the rabbit hole let me suggest "Lift me UP - (featuring Rob Halford of Judas Priest)", Blue on Black, Bad Company, A little Bit off. If darker journeys are a struggle, stay away from Wrong side of Heaven, Gone away. Welcome to the Rabbit hole ;)
Specifically Blue on Black the collaboration with Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Brantley Gilbert, and Brian May. They did one version with just the band as well.
Here is my reaction to Wrong Side of Heaven: ua-cam.com/video/MshZdSYd1Eo/v-deo.html Here is my reaction to Gone Away: ua-cam.com/video/ldBHiVUJN9c/v-deo.html I've also done The Tragic Truth and Coming Down 💖 I'm already so far down the rabbit hole that I'm seeing hookah smoking caterpillars!
I think you'll like the song Holding the Embers by We Came As Romans as someone who struggles daily with depression and anxiety and other forms of mental illness this song hits all too close to home for me
theres a band called icon for hire, they have a song called supposed to be. i identified with that quite a bit, still do to be honest. getting better bit by bit though
If I didn't know better i think you are a big fan of the bassist Chris Kael (long, crazy awesome beard guy) based on your reactions when he popped up on the screen lol. Excellent reaction as always!
I don't know if you ever reacted to Social distortion I was wrong The song has very deep meaning for me Basically explains my life One of those songs that keep me sober Please please react to it I'm stuck in a bed twenty four hours a day I got t v on youtube I love you amanda You keep me going with your reactions
I have watched several reactions and I wanted to suggest to you a newer band that is white hot now called the warning. They really bring great songs that while dark, also sending a message of empowerment to move on and overcome. Something to share with your viewers as well. You won't be disappointed. Check out the songs Choke and Evolve and then you will understand.
Hello, I would like you to react to the song "I find it hard to feel alive" by the croatian band "Ocean Of Another"...it's a song about depression and it's at the same time so marvellous and so tough to listen to
I know you do very emotional songs regarding your experience with suicide so if I may, I highly suggest Collective Soul "World I Know". The song is incredible and the video is extremely emotional. Bring your tissue box.
I would really live your reaction to Ozzy Osborne Under the Graveyard. It's about his actual addiction and his wife's point of view. Must see the video version.
What could be approved apon the most is people who are so fuckin sensitive, weve all delt with something bad even terrible, this trigger warning shit,is laughable,we have ALLL been hurt, why do certain groups need celebrated for it or treated special???
Loved you until a behavioral analyst watched this and clearly points out your premature responses to these videos. Which means you watching them scripting what to say and how to act amd then doing just that. 😢😢😢. Disappointed asf 😢
I can't speak to the analyst that you refer to, as I have never seen or been made aware of such content, but I have never scripted my reaction videos. What would the point be? If I were to do that, I could label them as "analyses" instead of "reactions" and still get just as much interaction. The only content I script or somewhat script are my commentary or self help videos.

I apologize, I refuse, a little bit off, Jekyll and Hyde, coming down, I remember everything. So many incredible songs to check out!

@@MentalAmanda I tried, but I'm afraid he's tired and at this point he doesn't really care anymore.

If nothing else, they have one of the coolest band names ever.

Coming Down has such a strong message, its one of my favorite 5fdp songs
