⭕️INGREDIENTS

4 to 6 pieces salmon with skin on
10 ounces pappardelle pasta or a pasta of your choice
Cooking oil for searing salmon
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 to 4 cups heavy cream
1 cup fresh grated parmesan
1 minced shallot
4 cloves fresh chopped garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
Trader Joe's Cuban Style Citrusy Garlic Seasoning or lemon pepper seasoning
The juice of half a lemon
A pinch of nutmeg
Small diced tomatoes and chopped scallions for garnish
