@01:07:38 Something we forgot to mention in the guide. In case you are Dwarf Holy Paladin you might consider going for Royal Scepter over Bloodsurge because of the extra 5 expertise you gain by carrying a mace. This is free mana regen benefit via Seal of Wisdom
It's very low since this trinket has 45 sec internal cooldown. The effect is worth ~55 mp5. Not even close to the top mana regen trinkets for Holy Pala. You can use the spreadsheet from the description and compare.
If you refer to EP value of the effect, it is based on raw healing, no overheal included. Also you force me now to test Trauma on BQL cause I'm pretty sure it will be worth more than 1% of the total healing.
Unfortunately UA-cam prevents me of posting links as I found a good logs from Classic. Anyways the Hpal EP values of item's effects were very easy for me to calculate compared to other healers because we basically use 1 spell to heal and if you math out the way HL is being calculated you will found that about 250 SP is worth 5% raw healing. From here 175 EP value of Trauma / 250 SP = 0.7 * 5% = 3.5%. Or according to raw healing Trauma's effect should be worth ~3.5% raw healing in average from best and worst scenarios. I observed some logs from Classic and specifically for BQL, Trauma was in range from 2.5% all the way to 6% of the total healing done which is an effective healing, not raw healing. If on Warmane currently Trauma has any problems related to the proc chance, that's different story. I myself didn't use this weapon since years but will do on next raid to check the healing on BQL :)
@@milchev80 i got confused with trauma in 4th position of the best weapons, I'm surprised that it is above rigor mortis h, keltu n etc, I thought it was a very bad option for holy paladin due to the limited aoe healing it is capable of, in most of the bosses the proc was mediocre and I thought they were better other weapons that gave haste and crit
@@obscurus7276I see no confusion here, it's just you. I advice you to re-watch the whole chapter especially the first few seconds and the first screen of this chapter.

Came out of retirement to say that this is the best guide for a holy paladin by a significant margin. Shaterhand can learn some :)

Regarding trinkets do you know where Tears of the Vanquished sits in your math?

hi iqui, why "Trauma" wep is so good for hpala? the proc its not 1% of total healing even in the best aoe dmg scenarios?
