@@michellefalleur960 exactly, "a bit" is putting it mildly. The writing today is really flat, the humour more in-your-face, not so much gallows humour like the 2000s Barlows. It went downhill after the 2010 tram crash and really crashed in the late 2010s.

Some great characters in these scenes,Norris Blanche ,Diedrie,Rita,Fred,great acting it was better then .corries a bit flat these days.
