I have two people in my family that has problems w milk nowadays it’s so common it’s scary. They are missing so much. Not just the nutrition but the memories of the cereal milk 😂.
❤❤
♥️♥️🙏 thank you for sharing!!
Oh man, I love raw milk! Thanks for sharing.. Love the goat milk cocoa combination you suggested for copper intake. It's delicious!
Lmfao i have been calling it NUT JUICE forevvver! Everyone thought i was weird but that's technically what it is... its not milk lolll. That made me utterly happy, pun completely intended too. Love you being a human that shares her knowledge with humor ♡♡♡♡
Truly fab you are! ❤
Great info! Thanks for sharing! 🤗🇨🇦
Question: Assuming raw milk, once the drops are in is it left out on the counter (kinda clabbered schmaybe?) for the 24-48 hours, or can this be refrigerated? Not sure if the enzymes only work within a certain temperature range. Thank you!
I don't drink animals milk but that is pretty cool!
So grateful for your knowledge and sharing of same❤
Thank you April! I so needed this info
Happy Mother's day to all 💕🌺🌸💕🌺🌸💕🌺🌸
Absolutely amazing thank you so much
Such good info!
Love your video. Have you had any luck making yoghurt with the diy lactose free milk?
You can if you add inulin to the batch so the bacteria has something to eat. However, you can also just pick strains of bacteria that eat the lactose and it'll end up being lactose free 😊
Thank u ☺️
This is interesting thanks for sharing.
Thanks for helping us
Happy mother's Day. 😃
Thank you so much for this information wish I had this years ago . 🙂
I'm going to ask a question off the subject do you know anything about wild garlic mustard I have some growing in the side of my house can you make a tonic with it .🤔
I know you can eat it in a salad or added to soups and other recipes. 🤔
What are the health benefits.
Thank you so much. 🙂
Love your posts!!!!
THANK YOU!!?
I've learned that I have a problem with certain proteins. Jersey cow milk I can drink, duck eggs I can eat. The proteins in dairy cows and chicken eggs are totally different and I don't tolerate. I truly enjoy all of your videos and info. Just wanted to let you know it could be a protein issue.
Thanks for sharing and yeah some folks have issues with casein and other proteins, I'd side eye your pancreas function 💚
There are some brands labeled as A2 milk for those with protein but not lactose issues.
@@ADorayme-mi5xk Tip: All goat milk is naturally A2 ☺️
❤❤❤❤
I love Seeking Health! That's where I get my supplements from
Does the milk need to be left at room temperature or do you refrigerate it immediately?
Thank You❤❤❤❤
Thanks April, I too use the drops for myself, my kids sometimes grab "my" milk outta the fridge and then complain it is too sweet for them. Well....stay out of Moms milk then hahaha using drops can definitely save money.
Haha isn't that funny! The sweet actually comes from the lactase eating up the lactose and it's an awesome thing to use for ice cream because we can usually 1/2 the amount of sugar/honey etc needed ☺️
Interesting! 👍
Again another WOW
7:21 is my favorite part when I get lactose free milk.. no one else in my house will drink it 😹
If the sour cream or yogurt is home made from my understanding the bacteria eats most of the lactose up during fermentation
Is this okay to do with formula milk? I have a toddler who is lactose intolerant and lactose free formula is just so expensive.
Question April, can you then use the lactose free raw milk to make lactose free cheese or would it change it?
Yeah you could likely make some soft cheese, I'm not sure about anything aged though!
so after you put the drops in. do you put the milk in thr fridge right away
Yep 😊
Nut juice 😂. That dress is very pretty on you!
Could we do this process and then use the lactose free milk we made to make yogurt?
Yep 😊
Question: why do you use these drops compared to crushable tablets?
They're active vs dried and not full of nasty binders/chemicals that are often found in the pills.
Does it change the taste at all
A little sweeter like most lactose free milk 😊
@@sheisofthewoods
Great.. Thank you! 😊
😊
Would making kefir do this as well?
Yeah milk kefir can reduce lactose and even casein levels substantially but it's definitely not something most would want to pour over cereal/ would only work to cook with in certain recipes etc.
💚💚💚
How could I make lactose free heavy cream? I miss Alfredo sauce
Same process, you can use the drops with cream too 😊
@@sheisofthewoods just not 14 drops I'm assuming...😁
@@tjblue22 It would be the same dose amount ☺️
I thought nobody could digest lactose (sugar) very easily, and it’s the protein, casein that is the issue.. hmmm
Not true at all. Some people don't have the genetics to produce the lactase enzyme in their gut which is why they shit their brains out. It's also why they can take lactase with dairy and consume it.
Other people don't have the capacity to digest the casein, which is a protein, and no matter what you do you will shit your brain's out.
Some people have both issues.
If people truly couldn't digest lactose sugars which are actually called galactose they would have the same rare condition that my culture carries called Galactosemia which is a rare genetic disorder that prevents the body from metabolizing galactose which is a type of sugar in dairy. It makes us go septic and die not shit a bunch 😏
