I would have to make several changes to this place. Put in Windows all around the screen porch so I can go out there when it's chilly outside. And more drawers to the kitchen. Change out the vanities in the bathrooms for one's that have drawers. Get rid of the leather couches for cloth ones so I won't stick to them. Maybe change the kitchen sink for a stainless steel one. So I wouldn't pay full price for this place. Other than that, I like it because of the location.
