Question: How is a mobile home that looks like a double wide in your opening come-on photo end up being a single wide? Did you do that on purpose? Bad form!

There is no law that they cant up lot rent daily or monthly or however they want....do they mow lawns for you? pay utilities, cable net? 45,000 is where it ought to be for new models......non of them are life time keepers, no mobile home is !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's actually high. Lot rent, you come to Zephyrhills. The one I sold to come to the 1.I'm at now called water edge and they're not rent. $520 And they're beautiful homes a pool. Clubhouse.

Lot rent on mobile homes here in Michigan run 600 plus . Nicer parks 700 plus . Sad thing is i dont think you actually ever own the land your basically renting it . Ive heard people say they can raise the lot rent whenever . To be honest id rather own a small house and pay more . At least you have a chance of making money .

@LAURE, Mobile home parks are not cheap like they used to be many are $1000 and up a month now

@sty, Many lot rents are at least $1000 a month now, that what I pay, been here going on 23 years and started at $400 a month, Im in PALM BEACH COUNTY
I pay 947 and new residents pay 1300! Bear Creek in Ormond FL.
