    really cool! the muscles in my feet and ankles are on fire, but i had a lot of fun exploring those movement (and accidentally went into a handstand for like two seconds :D )

    Hi Kellen! Great squat flow.! This is very helpful. I have been working hard on mastering rack squats. Your flow will help with warm up. I especially want to practice balancing on tip-toes. A great was to strengthen the feet.
    I am looking forward to experimenting.

      Hello Kellen!! Love this! I have be working hard on mastering squats. Rack squat is quite an art; as I am experiencing. You flow today will help me with my warm up. I especially like how you started up on your toes. It will strengthen the feet.
