I used Jeju from Fukuoka to Seoul and Seoul to Osaka. Cheap and definitely good enough for the short flights

Agree. I also like how these budget carriers go to many cities in Japan like Sapporo, Fukuoka, Hiroshima, etc.

That hot sauce is called Gochujang. Its really common in Korean cooking and seasoning.
