Unpopular opinion. Liked siege of mandalore more all around, but loved the season 5 final arc more for Ahsoka’s character. She was very formal and did her duty in season 7, cause it was really more about Rex and the clones, but in season 5 in that arc, and the only arc of animation, she was very emotional, sad, and angry, both in her voice and facial animations. Her and Anakin’s conversation before she jumped down on the ship from the sewer tube, her being angry at ventress when she was pinned down, and of course her sadly walking away with a tear after saying ‘i know’ to Anakin. Really hope Rosario gets some scenes where she can really play an emotional Ahsoka, cause we need that, as sad as it is. Could be Rex dying, her talking to Barriss, her talking to Anakin on mustafar… that last one is leaked for the Ahsoka show btw.
