Overwhelmed by the holiday season as a maker and small business owner

Coming off a tough year for small businesses, the thick of holiday season is a bit more overwhelming than usual and I'm struggling to balance the regular, necessary stresses with the blues I'm feeling around expectations and overall pessimism about the month ahead.
