The Battle Between Self-Hatred and Self-Love. People that endure a state of self-hatred do so because of many reasons. One of these reasons primarily is because they believe their own thoughts that come from judgement. Perhaps the judgement is not aimed outwards, but inwards instead. Inward towards a person's emotions and experiences. Perhaps the judgement is aimed outwards at their own achievements or lack there of. Perhaps the judgement is aimed at something as simple as the way they look. In the end, this all stems from judgement. The type of judgement that stems from comparing one to another, instead of embracing what is naturally emerging from one's self. When one decides to stop comparing and believing the thoughts that emerge from the comparison, then one is finally free to experience what IS coming forth from one's own perfection. In this video Jason points you towards this and teaches you about a few of the pitfalls along the way that block you from the beautiful experience of self-love.
