What’s your all-time favorite moment from March Madness? Be sure to let us know in the comments below.
Too Easy. The late Lorenzo Charles will remember this.
I have a lot
The best March madness moment in history for me was when I passed out on the floor halfway through the championship didn't have to watch it and my girlfriend made me a screwdriver in the morning
Great stuff 😊👍🏼💗🔥
Christian laettner's miraculous buzzer beater
The disrespect to Kris Jenkins' shot putting it at 9
Exactly!
I'm with you guys
Craziness.
@@coolbreeze2.0-mortemadfasc13 That should have been top 5 or maybe even #2.
Swear, no 16 seed over 1 either? Whack
I woulda also put UMBC's upset over the Virginia Cavaliers on this list as well cause nobody expected that one!
How in the world is UMBC beating Virginia not on the list?
Must be Virginia fans
The game wasn’t that good of a watch if you remove the seeding
@@krispyboi2519 true but UBMC was a small conference team so it would be a big win either way
@@TheLugiaExpert the game wasn’t good. UVA got blitzed from the tip off
Completely agree. The historic nature of the result alone warrants an inclusion. Huge miss.
The cameraman that shot the "find someone to hug" shot on the #1 clip, unfortunately passed away yesterday. Forever to remain a great piece of March Madness history
Illinois in the Elite 8 vs Arizona in 2005. Incredible comeback from being down 15 with five minutes left to win in OT.
Hell ya
exactly
God Bless Jimmy V. He didn’t know what to do with himself. Two of my favorite quotes of all time are his “Don’t give up, don’t ever give up” and the “3 Things you should do every day”
Gotta add one to the list after that UCLA and Zag game
How his Jenkins shot number 9. Should be number 1. It’s a buzzer beater to win the national championship. There is nothing better than that
Well #1 is also a buzzer beater to win a national title and a huge upset to boot. Sprinkle in the legend of Jimmy V and it’s a deserving winner. But Jenkins should be #2 in my opinion. I think as time goes on that shot will move up these types of lists
@@recchi51 true. Jenkins shot should have at least been number 2 on this list. Putting it at 9 is a disgrace.
As an NC State Alumni, thank you for making us #1! I was so nervous that it wouldn’t be, because there are so many great moments but when you think of the adversity the 83’ team went through just to make the tournament (Survive and Advance) and more and what they meant as a Cinderella team to not only basketball but underdogs everywhere, there is no greater team or moment! Go Wolfpack!
How is Jenkins' buzzer beater not higher on this list?
These are what I call One Shining Moment moments.
You might have to re-upload this after what just went down
Am I the only one who felt like they had to hold back tears from watching these miraculous March Madness moments?
Time to add tonights Gonzaga UCLA game to this list!!!
No.. If he missed the shot they'd still be tied heading into OT2. If it was Do or Die then maybe it could be on this list.
Paul Jesperson's half court game winner for Northern Iowa deserves an honorable mention.
Why? When has texas ever won a championship? That shot didnt matter at all
How tf do you not even give UMBC over Virginia a mention?
for something that has only happened once you think it would be on there....
"Pat Riley stands dejectedly looking at the floor." He was on that Kentucky team that lost to Texas Western (UTEP).
Kris Jenkins' Shot for Villanova to win the National Title
I only got to see the second half of the UNC vs Villanova game, and it was something
Mikal Bridges is gonna have that same happy ass smile(in the thumbnail) on his face after this season when his team wins the NBA Finals.
Go cats. Oh and happy summoning
How is nothing from Kemba on here? How many go-ahead baskets did he make in the final minutes of play. I think they may have been trailing in all but one or two games the whole tournament. Kareem is probably the greatest college basketball player of all time but I will never forget kemba and UConn’s tournament that year, it was the greatest performance I’ve ever seen. Kemba was simply amazing.
As a KENTUCKY fan and native I knew the christian laettner shot was going to be on this list and I wasn't even alive for that lol.
Danny and the Miracles, Illinois comeback vs Arizona in 05, Grant Hill's dunk in 91 chip, Danny Ainge goes length of the floor vs UCLA, Gonzaga beating Florida to get the the elite 8, AJ Moye blocking Carlos Boozer IU vs Duke, Trey Burke's comeback to lift Michigan over Kansas, Dunk City, and of course Ali Faroukmanesh
I am very glad that LUC’s Cinderella run got an honorable mention, especially since I was studying at LUC at the time.
Still 👌🏻 Gonzaga (31-0) Just Defeated UCLA 93-90 In OT To Advance To The National Championship Game On Monday 🌌 In Indianapolis To Play Baylor After Jalen Suggs’ Unreal Walk-Off 👌🏻 Buzzer Beater! Best Final Four Game & Best Buzzer Beater In Recent Memory Since Villanova Legend Kris Jenkins Over UNC In The Title Game In 2016! 😜! GO, ZAGS!!! 🤍💙
That whole NC STATE run in 83 was legendary,
For all the young ones like me, You can go watch ESPN"s 30 for 30 Survive and Advance.
its a beautiful documentary.
Jordan pooles game winner vs Houston in round 2 is easily a top 10 moment in March madness history
Delusional
Update: Jalen Suggs buzzer beater against UCLA.
How is Jenkins shot #9 dude literally made a shot to win the championship 🤯🤦♂️
Everyone loves a good Underdog story. It's great to learn that some of the best basketballers started in NCAA or at least were in March Madness at some point maybe at the beginning of their career
Mikal Bridges in the thumbnail 😌
Dude you guys put George Mason and Loyola Chicago’s final 4 runs in as honorable mentions but not mention VCUs run from the first 4 to the final 4? Loyola and GMU didn’t do that and we were all 11 seeds! Damn Canadians!
UCLA just did it this year.
@@coolbreeze2.0-mortemadfasc13 true that! We were the first and not UCLA so there is still quite a difference. I’m happy for UCLA except they’re probably about to get beat by the Zags
How is nothing from Kemba on here. How many go-ahead baskets did he make in the final minutes of play. I think they may have been trailing in all but one or two games the whole tournament. Kareem is probably the greatest college basketball player of all time but I will never forget kemba and UConn’s tournament that year. Kemba was simply amazing.
The disrespect to the 2011 VCU Rams becoming the first team to go from the First Four to the Final Four is real!
You can add today's buzzer beater to that list.
How about UMBC, first 16 seed win against a 1 seed
finally an epic episode of WatchMojo
Thats a cold list, boy
I am gonna send this video to my uncle he cant get enough of basketball.
Add Gonzaga UCLA Game! Instant Classic
I’m STILL bitter about that 08 final. CDR, D. Rose, Dozier couldn’t make free throws for SH*T, Andre Allen tested positive for THC after the Elite 8 game. I’ve never cried over a sporting event. But as would-be alum (then sophomore), I fought back tears for at least an hour after that loss.
Why is the voice today so calming lol - we should get to see him voice WatchMojo more often imo
it not
@@jimbo9208 Yes, it calming. You no talk.
You may have to modify your list significantly after what we just saw with Gonzaga vs UCLA
I hope my Seminoles will be in the championship game one day
As a KU fan it will always be Mario Chalmer's shot. I was in Lawrence that night. Magical time
3:37 that's Rob Dozier. That guy was a monster when he plays here in the Philippines, winning a championship with the Alaska Aces against Brgy. Ginebra.
RIP Jimmy V 🙏🤌 🇮🇹 🏀
A&M’s comeback being down 10 with less than a minute left is legendary
with the Goat Alex Caruso
Yeah, this was wild
As a die hard UConn fan - that 2006 game still hurts
How about the #16 seed beating a #1 seed? It had never been done before it!
Youre handsome
Well u know worst moments will include Weber calling that timeout with none left lol well after watching the video it's in the best of section lol
(First time watching it after seeing what #2 was) I think I know what #1 is...Lorenzo Charles' dunk.
Better be!
I'm no basketballer, but thanks for including Mason in HM.
Maybe it’s just because I’m a kid from Connecticut but I don’t understand how the Tate George shot against Clemson doesn’t ever make these list
it was the shot that propelled them into national prominence
i’ll always remember Villanovas buzzer beater in 2016. nova nation always
Even the GOAT, Michael Jordan, was impressed.
That Tarheel freshman Jordan must have been pretty good
That Villanova shot is way to low.
Reese three pointer to tie the game 2021 was amazing I was on the couch and shot up and yelled holy shit!!
Uvas comeback year where they won it all should be on here
Villanova should be higher then some of these other shots since there was no time left
Mikal Bridges
I live in the same town and George Mason and I remember that year it was crazy
If only that 6 overtime game between UConn and Syracuse wasn’t in the big east tournament.
4:40 "Indiana HOO-zers?"
Jenkins in 8 is disrespectful
Illinois vs Arizona 05 didn't make the list or even mentions? Cmon man!
Jalen Suggs game winner. Zags keep the perfect season alive. One more to go
Mario Chalmers hitting that 3 ruined my best bracket ever. Had the whole Final Four and the Championship correct, but had Memphis winning it all. Still one my group, but still bitter.
16 beating a 1 doesn't even get an honorable mention? The fuck lol
Might be the fastest a video has ever become outdated
I thought the dude in the thumbnail was flight😂
UMBC being the 1st 16 seed to win should have been up there easily
In 82 it was the beginning of the Patrick Ewing & Michael Jordan rivalry.
After tonight's game your list may have to be revised
U put the greatest March madness game winner at #9
UCLA vs Gonzaga unbelievable game
Coach Val: Where’s Whitinburg??!?!!
What about Hakim Warrick's shot block to secure the 2003 Championship Game for Syracuse?
The fact that Jordan Poole isn’t on this list is extremely upsetting
Why would anyone be talking about Jordan's pool? What makes HIS pool so special? Smh
No UMBC as the first 16 seed to win and no Illinois comeback vs Arizona? Should have made this a top 20. There is too many good moments
NC State...Jimmy V All There is To Say!
Um why are most of these championship games? There have been so many moments in all parts of the madness
yes but are those the best
How could they forgot about Wisconsin snapping Kentucky's undefeated season in the Final Four (2015)?!?
Kemba Stepback better be in here
sorry but that was in the big east tournament
#16 beats #1 the only time it’s happened
BRO jenkins is number 1 by a long shot 😭😂
How was the 16 seed UMBC beating 1 seed virginia not on here. It's the only time it's ever happened and they beat them by 20 POINTS. THAT HAD NEVER HAPPENED EVER!
My favorite all time March Madness moment was watching UNLV straight WIPE Duke off the floor in 1990. I was only a kid at the time but I already knew I hated Duke and I get to hold onto that for life
Villanova should have been waayyy higher up her
What about U.S. Reed's half-court shot against Louisville in 1981?
The Cinderella story NC State vs Houston 1983
Needs an update after that UCLA vs Gonzaga game. Instant classic!
Where is UMBC over Virginia?
8 of these moments happen in the title game
How do you leave out Bucknell beating Kansas?!
Dude in the thumbnail looks like Flight
I mean how is jenkins so low??
WatchMojo should’ve waited for Gonzaga to go undefeated champions to add them to the list
and how do you know that will happen
