This video explains how to write essay body paragraphs from the topic sentence to the conclusion sentence for each body paragraph in an essay. (There is also a shorter video on this topic shown in the link below.) To introduce how to write essay body paragraphs, this video begins by reviewing the thesis statement and linking the main idea and reasons in the topic sentence of each paragraph. An example essay is provided showing how these parts connect, and the purpose of the topic sentence detail sentences, and conclusion sentence are explained and then analyzed in body paragraph #1, #2, and #3 of an example essay.

It's very similar to the essay that I show. But, the topic needs to be something people actually argue about (example: Schools should operate all year with no summer break + 3 reasons.). My essay is that the best exercise is walking + 3 reasons. No one would argue about that:)

You can use a very similar example. I would change it slightly from this video - instead of reason #3, I would write the answer to the second pair of questions. Here's an example similar to your prompt:
Prompt: What is your favorite dish? Why? Is this something you make often? Why or why not?
Thesis statement: My favorite dish is lasagna because it's delicious and inexpensive to make. I don't make it often because it takes hours to prepare!
Body paragraph 1 (reason#1): Lasagna is delicious.
Body paragraph 2 (reason #2): Lasagna ingredients are inexpensive.
Body paragraph 3 (Answer the second question in the prompt and why/why not that follows it): Though I love lasagna, I don't make it often because it takes hours to cook.
