@@victor1655 nothing is ganna happend to the pc if your put water on it but if the pc is not dry and you turn it on its ganna break so you first need to dry it then its safe to use
It works but there is no need to put it in water, just make it wet, use brushes and soap, then use a shower to clean the soap, dry it with a hair dryer, let it some days to completely dry, put the battery back and it is like new.

clean thermal paste using a good qulity fiber cloth its better and faster. and also if you placed a thermal paste to a cpu you can put a fan after put a thermal paste you dont need to smooth thermal paste according to CPU
