Starbucks is honestly just an overpriced version of Dunkin'. Dunkin' is an overpriced version of homebrewed coffee made by people who most likely do not care at all about how the coffee tastes. I completely agree that homemade coffee is far better.
I like their Pink Drink though. No coffee for me. Caffeine puts me to sleep.

I had Starbucks in Sydney once, it was actually pretty good. Probably because they're Australian baristas with Australian coffee standards lol

@@SkyehighStudiosIt’s….interesting. They sell these little iced coffee glass bottles in supermarkets and those are much better in my opinion. Cake pops are the superior Starbucks item and you cannot change my mind lol

I’d have to argue with the “no cafe” thing. Or at least where I am in the us. There are a lot of them they’re just more spread out and not in More “back woods” areas. Take me for example if I wanted to go get a nice coffee I would just go into town and then I’d have many options.
Also a lot of places aren’t just cafes, they offer stuff meals Your average restaurant and give more options. So a lot of times they pass office just restaurants rather than cafés/restaurants. Again this is just my area, so I’m in no way sure about other states.

I love your prespective on furries. You're not denniying that some of them do innapropriate things, but I feel it's swallowing the fandom and immediatley protraying it in a dark light. When really, most of the fandom is just random people who want to make art about human-like dogs. Even though there is not so great things that happen in the fandom, it shouln't be in the state it's in. I love your content, and I belive you are on of the first furry youtubers I found that actually brought me into the fandom. Keep up the amazing work!

I'm late but yes you can! Fursuiting is for any age and you can find many kiddos wearing fully cured self made fursuits!
Why is there this perception that the USA doesnt have coffee shops or cafes? I feel like those from outside the country go to a diner and expect it to be a coffee shop. I live in a moderate size town and we have 5 coffee shops in 6 miles square where you can have a variety of espresso based drinks and a nice cake or desert while sitting and listening to a pianist play or hearing occasional poetry. Dennys isnt a coffee shop. Dunkin Donuts isnt a cafe. Its not the same.
Coffee shops are usually small businesses run by families. They arent going to be on the highway exit. If you see a major road, a 7 11 or a Walmart you are in the wrong place. Starbucks is a fast food establishment. If you visit an area for a minute and only see a McDonalds are you going to assume that is what fine dining is in that country? If I landed in the middle of Australia how silly would I be to assume that youre all a bunch of sand dwelling people living underground and have no stores or houses just because I chose to only go to a dessert?
I live in a moderate size town not even a city and we have 5 coffee shops in 8 square and each one is different but all offer espresso drinks, tea cakes, lovely deserts and often live music from a pianist. They are lovely and quaint and even have libraries in some.
Its like those horrid people who visit an underprivileged area of Africa and assume the whole continent has no water or businesses and live in slums. If you are visiting a country it is up to you to be aware of what they offer and you are missing out if you never go more than a mile from the main highway and simply cant assume that you have experienced everything based on your brief and incurious perceptions. It doesnt matter so much in the US and we have plenty to criticize its just so weird people think there are no coffee shops just because they saw a starbucks lol. While it doesnt hurt places like the USA it does hurt other countries to have these stereotypes develop due to the limited experience of outsiders.

Starbucks is awful. They gave me expired milk in my hot chocolate. The food is the only good thing about Starbucks.

Depends. I have 5 different ones. But they all are different aspects of myself or I just had fun designing them. I know others who have never had more than 1. I also know others who have far more than 10.
Starbucks opinion is the same with me- in MN we have caribou coffee which is an actual sit down cafe!!

I've been a furry for a couple years and me and my friend are planning to make our first (kemono & matching sorta) fursuits, im planning to do the bases and she is planning to glue fur on :D
Im gonna use a tut on how to make a head base bc i saw one today and it was very detailed and good, just waiting to get the supplies :)

Hiya, I’ve recently made my first fur suit head and I had a lot of trouble with furring the ears, I’ve watched many tutorials but none of them have seemed to show them gluing the insides of the ears, are there any tips I could use to attach the ears to the foam? Also love ur videos Skye 😊

On the topic of trying to figure out mic, have you considered a *lavalier lapel microphone* at all Skye?
Just feed the small wire up through the neck of the fursuit head and then clip it to the inside of the mouth area in front of you somewhere, if you are mic'd from inside the head it might help reduce some of the vocal muffling

I can’t turn the DB down low enough to not cause the audio to spike, I have it under my tongue pointed away from my mouth usually and I just don’t like the level of peaking I get, so I tested it out under the neck

Turn around, look at them, smile kindly, and say "awwwww, good puppy/girl/boy/dog!" (Use whichever is more gender correct/would have the most impact)

The real non confrontational advice: Their behaviour is more about them than you, chances are theyve experienced abuse in their lives and this is how theyve been taught is how to behave. You're different from them and that scares them or makes them feel threatened, or alternatively they see you as a way of making themselves feel better about who they are. Be proud of who you are, and own it, love who you are without needing anyone else to affirm that. Once you have that, no one can touch you.
Show them patience and kindness, like you would a child who couldnt know any better. If you show that their words don't even make you tense, and more genuinely concerned/curious about their wellbeing, they can't really do much with kindness. Ive had people give me furry hate to my face before, I didn't react, knew that they're probably struggling with something, looked gently worried and concerned, and asked if everything was alright at home. They didnt know what to say and walked away haha

You don't need a suit to be a furry fortunately! A great starter would be the Jurassic World masks that you can get from Target, Walmart if you're canadian, or Kroger!
@@Mylesledragon I did already buy some, and make them into a dino suit- (Idk what it is called) But in my area there are no dino maks in target.Most ones that I have bought where 30-46 dollar masks online-

You don’t need to have a suit, but if you insist on having one I do recommend making your own. It may take a couple months but it will probably be worth it (both in entertainment and value lol. A 4,000 dollar fursuit will only cost around 500 dollars to make) and it is fun.

I have a question.. how do you think of a design that you can stick to?
I'm currently making what I thought was going to be a deer head (did not watch a single tutorial because I already knew I was doing mine somewhat differently from the start) and now it appears to be much more dog/wolf like. I might just copy the design I had for the deer and switch it to a coyote LOL. Keeping the antlers though.

No where close :P cafes are for things like eggs Benedict, cakes and pastries! with lattes, cappachinos, piccolos, espresso! We don’t really offer that jug style black coffee, most places outside of America at least

Like we have decent batch brew if done properly with quality beans, which I’m assuming you guys do too :3 but most of the beans I feel in America are basically so dark they’re charcoal 🤣
