    The texture really lights and fluffy and so delicious, not too sweet and the peaches can be replaced with other fruits: apple, pineapple, nectarine, plum, berries.
    The baking pan I used was 26 x 30 x 3 cm. The baking pan can be varied, rectangle, square, round, pie pan, pizza pan. Grease/spray well parchment paper. You may make it without parchment paper but make sure to grease well. Allow the cake to cool before dusting with powdered sugar.
    For mixing the dough I did it by hands as usual but feel free to use a mixer with a dough hook or Kitchen Aid. Mix until just combined, mixing too long will be less fluffy.
    Peach Cake - Yeast Cake Recipe
    Ingredients :
    300g all-purpose flour
    5 tbsp fine sugar
    2 tsp instant dry yeast
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp Vanilla sugar (1/2 tsp vanilla extract)
    1 large egg
    1 cup milk, room temperature
    5 tbsp margarine/softened unsalted butter
    Powdered sugar for dusting
    Peaches (fresh/canned), enough for topping
    If using fresh peach/fruits make sure it's ripe, the sweetness from ripe peaches/fruits will complement the cake.
    In the recipe here I used canned peaches.
    Optional for serving: ice cream, whipped cream
    Perfect to enjoy with coffee/tea
    Leftover can be reheat in the oven at 100-150°C for about 15 minutes.
    Can be stored in the freezer for a few weeks, wrap properly with foil, and put in a freezer plastic bag or tight container

      Toshiyuki, this is German yeast cake. In Germany normally use fresh yeast but worked with dry yeast too. LOL...TBEO mean Think Big Eat Often

      Pastel De Melocotón - Receta De Pastel De Levadura
      Ingredientes:
      300 g de harina para todo uso
      5 cucharadas de azúcar fina
      2 cucharaditas de levadura seca instantánea
      1/2 cucharadita de sal
      1 cucharadita de azúcar de vainilla (1/2 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla)
      1 huevo grande
      1 taza de leche, temperatura ambiente
      5 cucharadas de margarina / mantequilla sin sal ablandada
      Azúcar en polvo para espolvorear
      Melocotones (frescos / enlatados), suficientes para cubrir
      Si utiliza melocotones / frutas frescas asegúrese de que estén maduras, la dulzura de los melocotones / frutas maduras complementará la torta.
      En la receta aquí usé duraznos enlatados.
      Opcional para servir: helado, crema batida.
      Perfecto para disfrutar con café / té.
      Las sobras se pueden recalentar en el horno a 100-150 ° C durante unos 15 minutos.
      Puede guardarse en el congelador durante unas semanas, envolverlo adecuadamente con papel de aluminio y colocarlo en una bolsa de plástico o en un recipiente hermético.

      Hello Raji, vanilla sugar is made of sugar + vanilla bean or sugar with vanilla extract, infused for a period of time. Commonly uses in Europe for making dessert. You can just simply use vanilla extract.

      Hi Ninik, My Peach cake turns out awesome. Fluffy inside not so sweet too. I used a 8inch round pan. Timing was adjusted too 200c for the 1st 20mins subsequently adjust to 180c for the next 20mins.

      كعكة الخوخ - كعكة الخميرة وصفة
      مكونات :
      300 جرام طحين لجميع الأغراض
      5 ملاعق كبيرة سكر ناعم
      2 ملعقة صغيرة خميرة فورية جافة
      1/2 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
      1 ملعقة صغيرة من فانيليا السكر (1/2 ملعقة صغيرة من الفانيلا)
      1 بيضة كبيرة
      1 كوب حليب ، درجة حرارة الغرفة
      5 ملاعق كبيرة من المارجرين / زبدة غير مملّحة غير منتهية
      السكر البودرة للغبار
      الخوخ (طازجة / معلبة) ، بما يكفي لتتغذى
      إذا كنت تستخدم الخوخ الطازج / الفواكه تأكد من نضوجها ، فإن حلاوة الخوخ / الثمار الناضجة ستكمل الكعكة.
      في الوصفة هنا استخدمت الخوخ المعلب.
      اختياري للعرض: آيس كريم ، كريمة مخفوقة
      مثالية للاستمتاع بالقهوة / الشاي
      يمكن إعادة تسميدها في الفرن عند درجة حرارة 100 - 150 درجة مئوية لمدة 15 دقيقة تقريبًا.
      يمكن تخزينها في الفريزر لبضعة أسابيع ، والتلف بشكل صحيح مع إحباط ووضعها في كيس من البلاستيك الفريزر أو حاوية ضيقة
