This is great! I was using boling hot water and salt. Ten hour shifts on the road I used big Styrofoam white cups you would not believe the bugs on produce.
Thank you very much please if it is possible can you show how to check celery, Also, I have question if I want to cook stuffed cabbage with fresh cabbage since I don't really like the taste of frizzed cabbage is there is away to check it without frizzing it for 48hr.
Vinegar isn't as strong of surfactant as soap. While you can use it (presuming it's kosher certified) it won't produce the same result as soap or a vegitable wash.
Besides the soap solution which I do use for fruit and veggies I started cleaning my lettuce this way since covid19. I find that this process and a good salad spinner actually keeps my salad fresher longer. Why is eating a bug worse than eating ham?
It isn’t wasted. Water that goes down the sink is purified at the municipal water plant and returned to circulation to be used in people’s sinks once again. The water doesn’t just disappear or leave the water supply. It is not wasted.
Ineed to learn this very well is what I need please
If only every restaurant in the world did this.

The frozen cabbage option is not making sense to me. How does freezing help? It seems the steps are the same as not frozen!
Thank you very much

Instead of soap can I use vinegar (white) to clean my vegetables? Soap seems gross.

The veggie were sprayed while growing with pesticides. There were less bugs.

What about the parasites that they say are too small or clear that you can't see them how do you get rid of those
Then that leaves almost every leafy vegetable inedible out don't it?
