The balconies on this one fold-out but to give the cockpit area more space. I could be wrong, but I think it's the 50-foot range where they become really superb, the portside with the two cocktail stools, starboard with an ocean-facing lounger. Some of the larger 40 footers appear to have the portside stools but cabinetry obstructing the starboard lounging.
There's a similar boat that's got mid cabin option for a single mid cabin or 2 equal size mid cabins instead. Anyone know what boat that is? If that 3 cabin model has fold out balconies, it would be the boat to beat.
