Must be difficult to talk about leadership in a nation that promotes management. A leader needs to fulfill purpose that's greater than themselves, self direction, he/she sees novel ways to breakdown barriers and get over/around obstacles to get to the goals and can be relentless. Managers are there to keep the status quo, order and structure. The two beings are mostly at odds, two different characters traits.
Why not upload the whole interview, and most of these, as opposed to little snippets here and there? And how come these visits are never mentioned in his schedule? If he's going to be giving a talk at my local University, I hope I know about it and I'm able to attend. Come on guys.
