OMG what a home! It's not often where you can say $8.5 mill is a value but here it is. I've seen many lux home tours and this one is probably one of the best, most well thought out designs that I've seen. Honestly, they’ve got great properties that are comparable, and cheaper!Yes, you’d be paying more in terms of your property taxes, but it’s worth it seeing the properties they have in places like Encino for $5-$6.5 million

Those 2 real estate brothers in ur area did a video of this same home. It's very beautiful home. Very disappointed with it not having home theater screen, only chairs and lighting. Do not think it's worth 8 mill, maybe 5 or 6.

A cantilever is a rigid structural element that extends horizontally and is supported at only one end. Having support poles eliminates the outdoor roof from being called cantilevered.
Nicely done videography. Are they counting the office as a bedroom? I didn't see six bedrooms on the tour. Also wondering if the bedrooms off the game room have closets. Didn't see a sign of any.
