I really thought the Swizzle Français was gonna be at least top 3. You really reacted to that one. Defintiely the one I'm most intrigued with. Can't say I've had more than one QPS. Need to revisit.
Tradewinds is a great drink! But I prefer to flash blend it with a drink mixer… it really aerates the cream of coconut and gives it as awesome foam! Cheers!
I've only had the QPS and Kaiteur swizzle and love them both. I'm missing at least one ingredient for the other 3 cocktails. I recently bought El Dorado 12 and it's amazing in the QPS. I still need to try it in the Kaiteur.

How do you make Falernum and allspice dram? I also subscribe to David Edwards channel as well as the progress bar channel. They’re all good! I guess I just don’t crave that agricole taste as often! But the queens park is still the best!

ED12 is a fantastic rum for the QPS, I’ve used it many times!

Sable Cocktail
2 oz Reposado Tequila
1/4 oz Maple Syrup
1/4 oz Coffee Liqueur
2 dashes mole bitters (or chocolate bitters)
