Nice! After watching this we checked to see if ours was the cheaper flimsier kind (we found this game a couple weeks ago and couldnt recall how it was lol) and we are glad its a very nice copy. lol Hoping to try it out soon. Nice video. :D
Thanks. Lucky you for getting a good quality one! I found my copy in a charity shop (thrift store) so it was really cheap, but if I stumble upon another copy I'll probably replace this one.
@@AtticRaidersRetroReviews Ha, same. Found at a thrift. Even if it was the flimsy kind its still at least not expensive. :) Hope ya find another. Keep hunting for some good games. Always a good watch. :)
Iʼm already a longtime fan of abstracts, but Iʼm with you: This one doesnʼt do a lot for me. I feel that if I want to play it, I could pull out my Qubic (one of the 4 ×4×4 3D tic‐tac‐toe/noughts‐and‐crosses games) and just apply the Score Four rules instead. The more recent Tic Stac Toe adds the wrinkle of neutral blocker pieces (or are they only in certain editions?), but that isnʼt enough to entice me into a purchase either, though the attempt is appreciated.
I'd assume not - seems like so many different companies did their own version of this that no patent was ever applied for. Which also makes me think that this is actually a REALLY old game...
Hey yall guys got to help me. Its been bothering me on the name of the game and all I can tell you is it a roll out floor Matt wack a mole type game but with bugs instead of moles. They had lights on there backs I believe and they make noise when you stomp them.
Hi, I've had a think, and asked Luke from Down From The Attic and Bernardo from Tabletop Island about this but the closest we can come up with IS Whac-A-Mole - specifically the Toy Biz version from 1999 which has a roll out floor mat and moles with lights on top of their heads that make sounds when you hit them (I have a copy and will be reviewing it in the future).
Actually, cancel that, I JUST found it! It's electronic Spider Stompin' by Toy Biz from 2000 (which is a direct re-skin of the game I mentioned previously).
Yeah, that sucks. I get a lot of my games from thrift stores (charity shops here in the UK) and car boot sales, so I'm quite often missing one or two pieces.
I'm pretty sure i had this exact edition. Great video!
Thanks. Did you like it?
@@AtticRaidersRetroReviews Not really, but we only had a few games in the house so it did get played a bit.

Yep, it's just not novel enough for me. I'm all about the cult of the weird and wonderful!
Play with the green board out of the insert-like black bit.
Yeah, that would be best I think for this particular version of this release.
Did anyone hold a copyright?

@@AtticRaidersRetroReviews Thanks man! I loved that game when I was a kid!
Ah! I just had to return this to my thrift store because it was missing too many pieces 😭
