I know I'm the minority opinion on this, but that actually looks like a clever sporter. Anyone who has ever tried to take a long shot on any of the original Mauser ironsights knows they leave a lot to be desired. That aperture someone put on there looks much better, crude as it is.
Judging from comments and some research. The one in the video looks different from a normal Argentine 1891 Mauser. Is it a customized version or a different sporter version?. Looks like even the bolt was modified or changed. Not that I'm complaining, sometimes I like crude or cheaper builds. More affordable, simpler and easier to disassemble and maintain if that's the case.
This rifle was acquired for very cheap in its current condition. I believe it started its life as 1891 Carbine because of the bolt handle, but it is very thoroughly sporterized. I believe what remains of the stock is original and just cut, but I could be wrong. The sights have been replaced with crude (but surprisingly effective) handmade peep sights.

Poor rifle looks like Bubba got to it make sure that your bolt is in okay condition when they heat it up with the blowtorch to bend it over it can weaken it

Well, that is officially the worst Mauser I’ve ever seen. It looks like one of those copy cat firearms that’s made in third world countries, kinda like the Vietnam copy cat 1911’s that failed miserably. This monstrosity is almost built like a fucking mosin nagant but hey, at least this rifle has a practical safety that mimics the actual Mauser, so that’s a one plus over the Mosin at least. But Jesus Christ, even the Persians were able to produce a Mauser that is arguably better than any Kar 98 or Gewehr 98 made by Germany because of steel quality.
This is a real mauser lmao actually one of the first smokeless mausers made. Its an 1891 argentine mauser that shoots 7.65 argentine. They are honestly really nice rifles this is just a kinda beat up sporter.

Make sure that your Bolt is in decent condition when they heat up the bolt to bend it over it can cause warping and weakening in the bolt
